It's happening, but no one is covering it. Check the government site that tracks vaccine events. It's not mass casualty, but why expose yourself to any additional risk. Bigger concern is that as the years go on, how will we ever know if certain deaths or diseases are caused by vaccines? Things like leukemia, heart problems, etc. I doubt they'll investigate.
