The beta of the ban evasion tool is going well and they will likely roll it out across the board. This means that users that have multiple accounts to evade bans are being caught and having numerous accounts suspended for violating terms and services.
It is against the rules to evade a ban on reddit. If you have an account that has been banned from a subreddit you will start getting caught more and more for using alt accounts. The best move is to request a ban be reviewed and removed before the ban evasion tool is fully rolled out. The other option is to delete your banned accounts now before the ban evasion tool is fully rolled out.
One of the classic harvo techniques was to create new accounts regularly and delete his old accounts prior to them getting banned. The reality is that this does not actually violate reddit rules. You are welcome to have as many accounts as you like, you are allowed to create new accounts if you like and delete old accounts as long as you don't use it to manipulate votes or evade bans.

The reality is that the ROI on running in Quebec is dreadful. Allowing the CAQ to create a federal wing to compete with the BQ would likely result in seats being pulled from the BQ and from the LPC. At a risk of 10 seats the CPC could easily find itself with a party they can actually partner with and form a viable coalition with that is closer to its existing platform than any other viable party. The CPC saves itself the cost of running in 78 seats with a possibility of winning 10 of these seats.
What value does the CPC gain from contesting ridings in Quebec?
Regardless of if you are CPC or PPC the quickest way to an election is the NDP believing that an election will be in their benefit. If a flood of new members were to join and donate to the NDP they will likely see this as a sign that they have something to gain by forcing an election.
Singh can't call an election that will bankrupt the NDP and leave them with less seats than they have today. The NDP funding is a broken system of stupid and silly based on tiny donations from students.
