Yes.
[Stuff in brackets are my interpretation/comment]
Points she states:
- fighting covid is expensive
- covid can only be stopped by limiting social contact
- it's not fair to ask workers to stay home without compensation
- economy will only recover once covid is defeated
- measures taken now are justified because the recovery will be faster
- waiting for a vaccine
- build back better with "targeted investment"
- "aggressive federal stimulus" is necessary
"Can we afford it?" Yes because:
- we entered covid with a healthy economy
- we have a low NET debt to GDP ratio
- interest rates are low globally
- debt payments as a share of GDP are at a 100 year low
- we are taking advantage of low-interest rates with more debt
- the 80s/90s were an "enamoly" [lol]
- with old population: deflation/secular stagnation seem worse than inflation/debt and banks agree. [Oil bad, immigration good]
She notes:
- canada exceed job growth rate in US [LOL?]
- monetary policy can't help so we must use fiscal policy [hand outs], IMF agrees
Q/A:
- in case of extended covid, her plan is to: build our way out with gov investment [...?]
- regarding climate change: climate change is real, we need to create incentives (price on pollution is good), we need to invest in individuals so they shift away (like electric cars), ford will build electric cars in canada for canada/europe via CETA
- what does the US election mean for canadas economy? "we're prepared"
In case there are leftists reading:
Islam forbids allying with non-muslims:
Quran 5:57
O you who have believed, take not those who have taken your religion in ridicule and amusement among the ones who were given the Scripture before you nor the disbelievers as allies. And fear Allah, if you should [truly] be believers.
and commands jihad against ... well everyone:
Quran 9:73
O Prophet, fight against the disbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh upon them. And their refuge is Hell, and wretched is the destination.

Yes. Burning down the pound/van is illegal. As far as confiscating the lobsters goes I think it may be vigilantism.
IANAL but reading https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-93-332/page-1.html a bit makes me think it IS indeed illegal for natives to fish/sell the undersized/spawning lobsters or out of season fishing.
My current understanding:
The natives have a treaty right to fish for "a modest living" without clear understanding how much that is.
Other fishermen are pissed because the natives are fishing undersized/spawning lobsters en masse that can't even be sold, ruining the stock for everyone.
Not even a proper grilling about the act:

He got the TDS.
"It's weird because it's rare" so is cannibalism.
"It's weird because a different administration did something different" ... no...
"Is political because Trump is uncouth" ... K.
He just assumes it's political. If he were skeptical he should be asking for evidence...
Well you have a point since ICE vehicles don't have any rare earth metals.
Except ya know in the spark plugs, alternators/starters, catalytic converters, o2 sensors...
And it's not like ICE vehicles don't have a lot of electronics - oh wait they do.

No ... "EVs have a higher initial CO2 cost". https://imgur.com/a/6yAlEAa They considered that too. ICE vehicles manufacturing incur a transportation cost too.
No. Unless the car is 100% coal, it uses less CO2 eventually.
EVs have a higher initial CO2 cost, but use less per mile than ICE vehicles.
So even in a state like West Virginia (91% coal) an EV produces less CO2 per mile.
The CO2 break-even point (where it becomes better to drive electric) in a green state like Washington might as little as 1.5 years, whereas the break-even point in a state like WV might be 6.1 years.
In 1996 they did "operation sidewinder" which warned of chinese influence growing since the 80s. https://archive.vn/kkksu https://www.primetimecrime.com/Articles/RobertRead/Sidewinder%20page%201.htm It was killed by Chretien becuz muh racism.
