Did you take a look at the colour-coding thing? The "green" still calls for 25% capacity and masks. There is literally no provision to return to pre-china virus capacities.

Essentially it takes 20 years to for us to realize that we've gone too far with something, and then another 20 years to turn it around and reverse the effects.

Taxpayer-funded abortion for any reason or no reason at all, up to the moment of birth, has been a thing in Canada for 33 years. (Putting us alone in the world alongside North Korea.) Rather than realize we've gone too far, politicians in Canada went EVEN FARTHER, restricting freedom of speech in bubbles around abortion clinics.

Canada? Invading the south china sea AGAINST beijing?

More likely they were told to attack Hong Kong.

Weird... public health officials in Canada said the number of deaths from the vaccine was zero!

And they're trustworthy...right?

Governments are not known for relinquishing powers freely given by their constituents.

many that were in my view entirely justified

Selley is too much of a cuck to understand the points he's making. He understands that our freedoms will probably be restricted forever, but he still sees it as largely justified.

There's only one reason I like the monarchy:

Just imagine what would happen if the monarchy was abolished. All your coins and your $20 bills would suddenly need woke imagery.

Ugh, I don't know if I can find myself at all here... although if I'm being totally honest with myself 2nd Generation Isolationist might hit close to home.

It's not necessarily a shadowban. Some subreddits autofilter posts from users below a certain karma threshold. Ask the mods to check and approve your post.

I meant to say parents, but you know what? fuck it. My error was probably more accurate.

Non-Catholic kids will also send their kids to Catholic schools because their kid was a terror at the public school and they blame the school instead of themselves. Another reason: the Catholic school has school buses and the public school doesn't.

Canadian taxpayers have given $1.75 billion to the industry to assure continued access to quality dairy products.

Quality? By what standard? It should read that we've given 1.75 billion to the industry to ensure that quality dairy products from other countries are given a competitive disadvantage. If Canada truly had quality dairy products, they wouldn't NEED to be subsidized that way: people would simply choose them.

Racism is a thing. Sexism is a thing. Homophobia is a thing. Poverty, difficult childhoods, disability, immigration status, gender dysphoria — these are all things, too. And if you’re looking for real viewpoint diversity in an organization, you might want to look for people who have these intersecting identities.

(My emphasis.) You think you're going to find diverse viewpoints in that crowd? You're not ALLOWED to have opposing viewpoints.
