Anti-vaxxer is only an insult because that label has been developed over the last 10-20 years for people who were against all vaccines. For the vast majority of non-thinking people, there is no difference between traditional vaccines and this experimental RNA shit. Now it is being used to try to shame people into taking the shot.

I agree that the manufacturers definitely wouldn't recommend this because that would be giving away money. The government has been talking about doing it anyway though, and then stuff like this happens "accidentally" (with one of the oldest, frailest people in the country no less) so they can point to it later and say "look, see, it's safe to mix them".
