Then why are deaths like 2-3x higher than the flu last year?

It's more dangerous than the flu. Like 2-3x more dangerous. Not a big deal, but still more dangerous. I wouldn't take that shit either.

lol no shit. They are waiting for the internal collapse of the US to invade us, it's so fucking obvious. Tons of oil and fresh water. We are 100% essential in China's dominance.

Who is going to intervene if China moves in and the US is neutered? You think the UK can take China? France? Maybe our armed forces of 50k will hold strong against China's 8m standing army.

By 2014 I was realizing there were many concerns about Canada that I had never considered. I knew there were many potential downsides for Canada, but still optimistic.

2015 things really changed quickly under Trudeau, but I still felt that we were one election away from normalcy, and most of the changes would be reversible. I went from owning 100% Canadian assets, to about 70%.

2016 - Starting to become concerned about a permeant and irreversible decline; became way more political; started talking to friends openly about concerns and realizing i'm not at all alone.

2017 - It was become clear by this point that Canada was going to be leading the SJW revolution and there were going to permanent negative changes. At this point in time I firstly started researching other countries to live in, but primarily was looking for retirement destinations where I could retire early. This is when I made dramatic shifts to my portfolio and sold off most canadian equities; started investing heavily in bullion, but ignored crypto due to the spike in prices.

2018 - It was very clear that Canada had a limited lifespan left. I predicted it would be about 10-20 years before our quality of life would decline to a standard of, for example, Mexico. This was no issue as I was making good money, and saving well. I still had like 10-15% CAD assets.

2019 - Continued the same gradual decline noticed in 2017-2018, becoming increasingly more pessimistic.

2020 - By early 2020, I was constantly seeking out other countries to move to where I could work (i'm a lawyer) and doing cost benefit analysis. By June, seeing how we were handling covid, my 10-20 year horizon for a collapse got pushed up to 1-5 years, and it became clear that there was simply no other alternative. By March i had sold all canadian assets. From March-June I maxed out all loans available to me and used this to buy mostly cryptocurrency and foreign equities. on the assumption that the CAD would eventually inflate to nothing.

By November, I am putting all my money in crypto, while constantly researching the best countries to buy investment properties in, with the hope of potentially buying citizenship. I had taken steps to open a bank account in a tax haven, but hadn't moved anything over yet.

Early 2021 - Waiting for fucking travel restrictions to end so I can buy investment properties in certain countries. My paycheque instantly gets converted to crypto, and I only use CAD for my immediate expenses.

By mid 2021 there should be a break in travel restrictions so i can finally open my tax haven acct, as well as buy 1 or 2 properties abroad. I intend on continuing to invest in crypto, while buying foreign properties, for as long as possible until A: currency deflates to nothing or B: Rapid increase in tax rates. Both of these have the effect of eroding savings and making it impossible to get ahead, so by that point, I hope to have enough foreign capital that I can book a one way flight out of this shithole country.

And that is my plan. I plan on leaving, because unlike many users in this forum, I realize that this is hopeless and the only good thing you can do is leave.

Zero Black women, aboriginal women, or muslim women. Unnaceptable. No lesbian couples. No BTQ2S++ either. WTF.

I actually had like a 5 minute think about that. I think I'm with you on this one. Muslim extremists are really just a far more conservative version of my own politics.

Exactly, this isn't 2017 anymore. Do research, and realize that there are at least 50 good projects out there, and another couple hundred decent, but likely going nowhere projects. The rest are all shitcoins. Never buy a coin less than 500m market cap. Research your shit. Hell, even stick to the big 2 coins and you'll do fine.

I hold silver too, yet it's not about to make me a millionaire. My silver holdings are up maybe 200-250% on average since purchase, while crypto is up over 2000%.

Then buy ethereum. E- is in ample supply with nuclear. Bigger issue is in event of worldwide collapse without internet, crypto is fully useless.

You can buy CAD which Trudeau will print endless amounts of, eroding value, or a cryptocurrency with a fixed value and numerous advantages. It's a no-brainer. Hodl the magic internet money.

I'm a barrister, and this isn't worth pursuing. The liberal judges will hold that this is a policy decision, and immune from judicial scrutiny. Trust me when I say this, don't waste a fucking penny. Only winners would be the lawyers, and I wouldn't take this in a million years. It's a losing case. Sorry man, you have far too much faith in the legal system.

I'm not trying to be a dick, just a genuinely concerned person who is worried about what seems to be a good person who is likely going to lose more money for shit they can't control. Trust me on this one, if there was a case, I'd be volunteering my time towards it.

Don't forget that Trudeau is implementing measures on LEAVING the country, that he isn't implementing on people fucking coming to Canada. Think about that for a minute.

No shit, this is why the passionately advocate for it.

Amen man, you're preaching to the choir here. I've been buying gold for years now, but my biggest regret was not getting into crypto until 2020. Both are numbers on a computer; one's a decentralized algorithm that limits its supply, and the other is managed by the dumb fuck electorate. Who do you want to control your money?

throwaway152 3 points ago +3 / -0

Lets give people free money but on a small scale so no inflation results, then ask the people how they liked the free money. Repeat the experiment where the value is eroded by 10% per month.
