They make rules that are impossible to sustain or ethically support.
My point is that the people who are breaking these rules aren't always the same ones who instituted them. Some being denounced as hypocrites are only guilty by association.
We have seen many cases where they are one and the same, but even then we should be clear that we want them fired for creating or supporting the unconscionable rules, not for breaking them, because by trying to do the right thing for the wrong reasons, it's like saying that these knowing and unknowing agents of CCP infiltration and corruption, who are guilty of attempted murder on Lady Liberty, are not in the wrong for pissing on freedom, where they're wrong is that they travelled to see their mom on her deathbed during cold and flu season.
What does it say about our country when the only things the right and left are united on, are the greatest evils, with all that is good the subject of constant debate?
I'm reminded of a conversation between Norm MacDonald and Jerry Seinfeld.
MacDonald: Patton Oswalt, he told me "I think the worst thing about Bill Cosby is the hypocricy," and I disagree.
Seinfeld: You disagree with that?
MacDonald: Yeah. I thought it was the raping!
Why is this sub so mad at people breaking these idiotic rules? That undermines them. It's a good thing. Miss me with that "it's hypocrisy" bullshit, because if they didn't write the rule, then who cares? By calling for them to get fired you're making it easier for commies to clean house.
Wouldn't be a commie government without a good old fashioned blood letting. I can't comprehend how giving the politicians a free pass and excuse to axe anyone who doesn't agree with them could possibly work out for the people. I believe Maxime Berniere is as controlled op as they come and there's no such thing as a lean and nimble communist government, only a temporarily downsized one gutted to make way for the true believers.
By all means, call for smaller government, but the suggestion to leave the politicians alone is just dumb.
It's a term loaded with the batshit nonsense on purpose. Conspiracy theorist is a term invented by the CIA, and there's been a longstanding propaganda campaign to associate it with patently stupid ideas and crazy people. By doing this, they ensure that critical thinkers who see beyond the curtain get no voice.
Now just wait until I get going about schizophrenia...
The people who argue for mandatory masking know this and don't care, they are well past the point where holding self contradictory viewpoints is a problem for them.
Send them a study that shows that 10 out of 10 government officials and media outlets say they won't catch COVID if they take their mask off for 5 minutes to let their bare faces feel sunlight and MAYBE they'll listen, but they're probably so used to hiding in shame that they can't bring themselves to do even that.
Doug Ford should allow social gatherings of up to 5 people outside your household effective immediately. 5 people that you know well and aren't symptomatic, your risk should be very low.
This is how pussified we've become? Begging our masters for permission to see 5 friends in our own homes.
You'd love to test that premise in civil court? I admire your zeal but I do not share your faith in our institutions. Anyhow, the real power is with the people, not the courts. Our charter is a joke, a fat middle finger to the people, because there are provisions that allow the government to legally bypass the whole thing. Name a charter right that isn't violated by all this COVID nonsense, it'll be faster.
They shine a light on the evil knowing its nature, and then lie about the source and use it as an excuse to push their divine saviour, experimental gene therapy from big pharma. They're not skipping animal trials, they just think of us as animals.
Being respectful to these sock puppet tyrants is morally unconscionable.
