We have yet to see meaningful change in mortality rates, or deployment of the military.
That said, military is supposed to be in charge of vaccine distribution logistics.. which is odd
It’s not really that odd.
The military is one of the only organizations that can deploy across a vast area quickly and efficiently.
They have thousands of qualified medics and nurses, as well as the equipment and logistical ability to keep it all operating.
Plus they don’t have to follow the rules that private businesses have to follow, set out by various jurisdictions.
This is the reason the military gets called out during floods, snowstorms, etc.
Trump also directed the military to distribute the vaccine. Seems like it's common.
