I know someone who got it from his son who is two years old. The son got it from a day home from another child. So it can definitely be passed between children.
The thing is, it’s not that big of a deal if kids get it. They bounce back at higher rates than any other group. The problem is that we need schools open so that parents can work - even if parents are working from home, the teachers can’t babysit them the same way as if they’re in the same room. This is especially true of younger kids.
Once they get the vaccine approved for kids, they’ll change the narrative on this.
Back in January my friends kid got really sick one night. I happened to be over visiting at the time and got sick later that night, it hit hard and fast but disappeared completely only to reappear a day later. I had a fever, chills, reduced sense of smell and taste, sore throat, raspy breathing and then it morphed into a cough that lasted over a month. My friends son was fine and running around the next day. Pretty sure it was Covid. All I know is it wasn't vaccine worthy and no worse than the regular flu.

We need schools open so that parents can work, unless those parents happen to run their own small business with a public storefront.
We need schools open so that slaves to the big corporations can keep slaving.
