Isn't it a convenient coincidence that (despite the variants existing from the very start) the variants were only made into a potential threat the minute we started to vaccinate people. We were promised things would start to relax once the vaccinations started. Now we are told we still have to wear masks (more than one!) and social distance with an all new Boogeyman deluxe™ variant to keep people scared and complicit and to justify the indefinite lockdowns.
