No that is female privilege. Turns out white men and black men have very similar rates of being killed by cops. Black women and White women have very similar rates of being killed by cops. Men and women have radically different rates of being killed by cops.

If you are a black women you don't fear being killed in a traffic stop and for good reason, it is gender specific and not race specific.
