I'm probably going to pack my bags for Australia soon. It's looking a lot better than Canada and USA. Their Prime Minister is conservative and they don't take shit from anyone.
What they do is they verify who they are, if possible, and grant them asylum if they say the right words (they are all coached on what to say beforehand). This leads to setting up some papers and giving them a court date 6 months later or some such to come and show up and have their case heard, etc. They then let them go and hope they show up. They dont.
