Honestly, I was considering voting Conservative this go around because my local PPC is a early 20s kid and the last one botched the PPC name by becoming a religious zealot.
But funny enough, Ham's brigading is gonna make me throw my vote to the PPC again, even though I like my local CPC rep, I cannot continue supporting the tar&feather take. I expect it from the media, but thought this place would be actual discussion.
right? its the exact same shit as last election, cpc was falling over itself to attack the ppc and had no platform to speak of.
is this basically the same deal? because i dont see how the cpc differ from the libs that much in policy.
Some of us are not interested in "voting for O'Toole", we're interested in voting Trudeau out out out. O'Toole is just the mean to achieve that goal. People are getting all up in knots about who is based or who isn't, and what policy they believe in or not believe in. This election is not about policy or right wing purity. This election is about removing a man who is bad for Canada, and his name is Justin Trudeau.
That's cool and all, but what is O'Toole and the CPC going to do differently? Getting Trudeau out accomplishes little if it just means he gets replaced with another globalist puppet. And from what I've seen of his platform, I couldn't find any meaningful difference between the LPC and the CPC.
Trudeau will come after us. This is a fact. He said, "within 100 days" of getting elected he will target online free speech. Will O'Toole come after us in the same manner as Trudeau? I don't know, but we have more influence over him than Trudeau.
That's like saying vote Romney to stop Obama. Justin is just a puppet for the globalists, the end goal should be to free Canada of globalist rule. Replacing Justin with another globalist doesn't advance that goal. Yes we all want Trudeau out but we also don't want globalist elitists in charge. If the election was Singh vs Trudeau, I'm not going to rally around Singh to remove Trudeau.

You would probably vote even for Singh if he had the chance to win ...
Your assumption is mistaken.

Maybe if Romney had won, the USA wouldn't be in the shape that it's in. Obama destroyed America.
You see this bag? Take it home and eat it.
