As far as I can tell you are not relying on any input from experts.
Let’s get to the point. The ‘global warming’ thing is either happening, will happen, or is isn’t happening or won’t happen in the future.
If it isn’t happening/will happen, then all is well.
If it is happening/will happen, what do you propose mankind does about it?
It is happening, and humans are proving they can not fix it.
Ok, so what should be done about it?
Get ready for global disruptions. Fiercer storms, irregular growing seasons, shortages in goods (food, for instance), coastal flooding, changes in rivers and lakes. Major changes in lifestyle. Like the 1930s, but wilder.
So how much lower do you posit average co2 ppm should be? Or higher?
Given the nature of bureaucracies I'm guessing that 1) the Paris climate agreement levels are too high, and 2) we won't reach them.
