The fact that they put that he had covid symptoms in the title...
It's a simple statement of fact. That's suspicious to some people I suppose.
It's called editorializing, look it up.
Doctor: "These symptoms look like cancer."
Patient: "Cancer doesn't exist." Dies.
News: "Patient with cancer symptoms dies."
Anonymous Internet person: "News is clutching at straws!"
