Depending on where you are in Canada "children" stop being children at 16, 18, or 19.
So do you have children that can't travel, or something? Seems odd to concentrate so specifically and so much on the range from 12y 4m to 16-19.
What about the 12 year olds at 0% risk of death?
What about the dead children in Canada? 29 under 12? 15 more under 20?
