Sure did. I liked the part where it says things like "ECG revealed that of the 301 patients, 247 (82.06%) had normal sinus rhythm", and "in all cases, symptoms were mild with full recovery within 14 days."
You just copy pasted the Reuters omission again. If you really are a car mechanic, it explains why you fell for the dishonest headline. People who don’t have medical knowledge will find it difficult to decipher Reuters deceit here.
This Thai clinical study is one of the first studies to record a baseline, proving that these teens were healthy before vaccination. Cardiac enzymes, heart ultra sounds, EKG’s and vitals were all in normal range before vaccination. Measured again at day 3, 7 and 14 right after vaccination, proving a causal link. Cardiovascular effects were found in 29.24% of teens, ranging from tachycardia, palpitation, and myopericarditis.
The EKG is a very small fraction of the data. Plus EKG results will be normal when a patient is suffering from a NSTEMI heart attack.
In other words, you can be having a heart attack post vaccination, your heart muscle is lacking oxygen and is getting serious damage, and you will still have a normal sinus rhythm on your EKG.
I’m sorry, but you don’t have the comprehension level to understand what you’re posting.
Reuters is lying by omission. Anyone with minimal medical knowledge saw through this dishonest headline.
Abstract:
“Data including demographics, symptoms, vital signs, ECG, heart ultra sounds and cardiac enzymes were collected at baseline, Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14 (optional) using case record forms. We enrolled 314 participants; of these, 13 participants were lost to follow up, leaving 301 participants for analysis. The most common cardiovascular effects were tachycardia (7.64%), shortness of breath (6.64%), palpitation (4.32%), chest pain (4.32%), and hypertension (3.99%). Seven participants (2.33%) exhibited at least one elevated cardiac biomarker or positive lab assessments.
Cardiovascular effects were found in 29.24% of patients, ranging from tachycardia, palpitation, and myopericarditis.
Myopericarditis was confirmed in one patient after vaccination. Two patients had suspected pericarditis and four patients had suspected subclinical myocarditis. Conclusion: Cardiovascular effects in adolescents after BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccination included tachycardia, palpitation, and myocarditis. The clinical presentation of myopericarditis after vaccination was usually mild, with all cases fully recovering within 14 days. Hence, adolescents receiving mRNA vaccines should be monitored for side effects.
Tell me more about the part where the study says "in all cases, symptoms were mild with full recovery within 14 days." and why the conversation is all about Reuters instead of the fact that nothing serious - compared to, say, catching the virus - happened to these youths.
And I am pointing out that you copy pasted misinformation.
You, along with the Reuters individual fact checking medical data, spread misinformation.
That should alarm you.
I’m asking you to stop copy pasting misinformation. Your sanctimonious ignorance is why I downvote you.
There is nothing “mild” about heart ischemia or myopericarditis in children. That is misinformation.
Nothing about high cardiac enzymes in children is mild. The treatment and long term care for teens diagnosed by echocardiogram with vaccine induced heart failure is without parallel for such a young age. Their cardiac markers, vitals and EKG will be normalized by time of discharge, but you think a normalized EKG is the definition of “recovered”. It is not.
These teens are sent to specialty after ICU discharge, with rigorous follow ups every 30 days in pediatric cardiology.
To accept that a flu shot keeps sending healthy teens to the ICU for heart disease is unheard of.
Everything I put in quotation marks was from the pre-print about the study. Nothing came from Reuters.
Reuters is making a distinction between, on the one hand, strictly cardio events as determined by ECG - "while an abnormal ECG finding was noted in 54 patients (17.94%)" [from the study] while on the other hand the hair-on-fire people have to include the fever, palpitation, chest pain, shortness of breath, and headache symptoms to bump the percentage up.
My main point is that - as far as this study goes - nothing of any consequence happened. The study is full of comments about how mild the few effects were:
"The clinical course was mild in all patients"
"each case had mild symptoms"
"mRNA vaccine-related myocarditis is characterized by overall mild presentation and favorable outcomes"
" In this study, the disease course was mild in all of our patients with cardiac symptoms; they were treated with Ibuprofen for 2 weeks and cardiac enzymes returned to normal after 1–2 weeks of outpatient treatment."
"in all cases, symptoms were mild with full recovery within 14 days"
OP is pretending to warn about threats that - according to this study - do not amount to much.

You have to download the study to read more than the abstract, and you can do that from this page: : https://www.preprints.org/manuscript/202208.0151/v1

lol. A 13 to to 18 year old catching “the virus” would be serious. Again with your fantasies.
I'm assuming you don't know how many of them have died. Perhaps you'd like to talk to their parents?
How many in Canada? How many in the world, do you figure?
