The EKG is a very small fraction of the data. Plus EKG results will be normal when a patient is suffering from a NSTEMI heart attack.
In other words, you can be having a heart attack post vaccination, your heart muscle is lacking oxygen and is getting serious damage, and you will still have a normal sinus rhythm on your EKG.
