Folks, more people are dying because the healthcare system is compromised. Emergency rooms shutting down, examinations are delayed, treatments are delayed, surgeries are delayed, "Even a four week delay of cancer treatment is associated with increased mortality across surgical, systemic treatment, and radiotherapy indications for seven cancers." https://www.bmj.com/content/371/bmj.m4087
From nursing teacher's list of links at the Youtube version of the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wLu98NygrA&t=6s): "Figures released last week showed that a record 29,317 patients were forced to endure 12-hour waits in accident and emergency in July, a rise of a third in a month. The number of 12-hour A&E waits rose 33 per cent in July, with a record spike of 7,283 – up from 22,034 the previous month. Before the pandemic, the figure for the same month was just 450." https://archive.ph/GxNzg#selection-2615.0-2627.157
Does the nursing teacher talk about those factors? No. He assumes there are people with spare time who could be assigned the task of figuring things out. Do we know that he is right?
No one is arguing about the numbers.
Show the folks that it's more dangerous than the virus.
Except that you WERE arguing the numbers. So I had to correct you. You would have edited your comment, as usual, had I not quoted it.
Where?
