Oh so you're the exoloiter? It suddenly makes sense. How much do you pay your workers vs take while contributing nothing to their effort? Was it really talent and hard work or did you inherit generational wealth from daddy?
So its exploiting people to give them jobs? They should all sit on welfare?
You idiots havent got a clue about how an economy works or how goods and services are created. This is why communism always ends in genocide and starvation. You put the spoiled children in charge and that's what happens.
No did not inherit anything. Borrowed money from a bank and built a successful business and paid it all back. Try working hard, you might hate yourself less.
It's funny you try to jab me with the usual antifa commie line about inheriting money because that would be somehow shameful. But how about you - you think being given a guaranteed income or being given welfare is somehow better. You would rather exploit the living tax payers and make the tax payers give you the wealth and labour that they produce while you sit around being a lazy parasite, complaining about exploiters. It is lazy drains on society like you that are the real exploiters.
You never answered how big the disparity between your pay and the people who actually run your company is, I notice. Has your income as a CEO also increased a thousandfold while your workers are staying stagnant? You wouldn't want to pay them too much as to not be dependant on you, after all.
What if my income did increase? Do you think it magically increases by sprinkling some unicorn dust. It can only increase based on the profits of the company and I am responsible for its success or failure, with my team. If it did increase it would be because it could afford it.
Do you think the guy who sweeps the floor or flips a burger provides the same value of service or skill as a trained professional at the top of his field? This is the delusion at the heart of you mah exploitation argument.
I pay people what they are worth based on the job market and based on the skills they provide. Not that I am in the burger business, but if you think that burger flippers or the people that add toppings to your subway sandwich should be getting paid enough to afford a home in the suburbs or a nice condo in downtown, for the labour that they sell in exchange for wages, you really have no idea of how an economy works. Just like you would not pay the same for a 1994 rust bucket car as a new luxury car, you do not pay unskilled labour the same as skilled labour.
But actually it if makes you feel better, I do not run an unskilled workforce. Our business was impacted by covid so we all took a paycut, including me, so no one got laid off. So take your delusional marxism and go fuck yourself.
