Man I didn't catch that bit until I saw your comment. That's sick. They may not serve alcohol in the day, but this remains a bar/nightclub with a highly sexualized clientele. It's not right making it a place for minors and children. It wouldn't be right if it was a strip club that did the same thing and opened during the day for minors to party and practice pole dancing. This is hardly different. Really sickening bunch of pedo perverts. I'd bet my middle nut they're getting government grants directly or through government funded NGOs.
