From last year, note that he also breached his undertaking at that time and that his accomplices also breached their probation. The justice system is a joke.

The Catholic Church does the majority of actual charity work in Canada, the work these SJW’s don’t want to get their hands dirty doing. Yet the CBC always ignores that, slanders them continuously and gives all the positive attention to what little charity is done by Muslim groups.

Sadly I don’t disagree. This dumping happened in Caledon on the outskirts of Brampton, where the majority of the population are new Indian immigrants. There are now too many for a standard to be set by example, the broken window effect takes over. Brampton now has a major rat infestation problem because residents litter so much food waste. Part of the rat problem is due to residents gaining the system and having way too many people in one home than the infrastructure can handle. They fill up the bi-weekly collected garbage bins quickly, what doesn’t fit is left on the ground outside of the homes for rats to feed on or is driven out tote Caledon country side and dumped on the side of the road.

Again these are all easily identifiable cultural problems that we are forced to ignore.

I’m not personally attacking the judge in this case, but the justice system as a whole.

I have however seen similar cases where the repeat offenders ordered deported are allowed to stay because they have a young child and that would cause undue hardship for that child. The sjw judges in those cases would be doing everyone and especially the child a favour to get the guy as far away as possible.

Details about the Costa Rican refugee that the Star won’t tell you about because they highlight how broken our justice and immigration system is:

In 2013, at 18 years of age, he committed the first reportable offence of break and enter into a dwelling-house. Two months after completing his sentence for the above break and enter, he committed the second reportable offence of break and enter a dwelling-house and commission of theft over $5,000.

[21] The Appellant testified that he had previously committed other break and enters, other than the ones he was convicted of. This shows that this is truly a case where the convictions before the panel merely reflect instances where the Appellant was caught and convicted, and that there is in fact a greater extent of offending than the criminal record reveals.

On April 16, 2015 the Appellant was issued a deportation order. At this time he would have known that his immigration status in Canada was tenuous, yet he continued to offend.

The problem here is not because the illegal dumper does not know better, they are right next to a no dumping sign. The problem is that they are from a culture where this is normal behaviour and they are not willing to give the old countries bad habits up and adapt to ours. The streets and road sides are literally dumps in India. Liberals who claim to care about the environment ignore the Indian elephant in the room on this growing proplem. With Canada accepting so many people from different cultures, we need to be able to have an open dialogue about some of the negative aspects of those cultures and how to correct them. Unchecked, it won’t be long before we turn into those countries that were so bad these people left it.

Yearly shooting incidences have doubled since carding was deemed racist and canceled. Thugs are now more likely to walk around with a gun on them knowing that the police won’t stop to talk to them.

This gun was discovered during an investigation where a crime had already been committed. The new normal now is for gun carrying thugs to tell the police off and simply walk away when there is no probable cause for an interaction.

I won’t be surprised if these charges get dropped by a leftist judge because the cops didn’t follow all the ridiculous procedures when arresting the thug.

I live within an hour of a few major cities and it cost me roughly $15k for my water well to be put in on my rural property.

I do not understand why some people think turning a tap on and receiving water is the government’s responsibility, especially when they live in remote wilderness communities.

And water was never 100% clean and safe from lakes or rivers, it has always been full of harmful pathogens.

Assimilation had a fighting chance when immigrants were minorities, now they are the majority in cities like Brampton where the majority of the population are immigrants from India. Enclaves like Brampton are an example of failed multiculturalism where White flight took place and now the population is 78% non-White and majority non-Canadian culture.

Police have charged 24-year-old Julian Ayette Giedroyc from Scarborough and 19-year-old Sackie Buster Gibson from Brampton with:

· Traffic in Persons under 18 years-of-age and

· Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court.

Again the liberal justice system fails to protect citizens from criminals.

Also worth mentioning is that Sackie is from Liberia! Good to see he is enriching Canada with his culture from one of the rape capitals of the world.

Young White girls, the majority who are under the age of 17, are targeted from small towns because they lack street smarts and are naive or easily groomed. White girls also are the highest in demand from clients and fetch the most money. They have also been brainwashed not to be “racist” so they don’t trust their gut instincts when approached by black males. A Rotherham type scenario is taking place here in Canada. Hopefully one day it will be exposed and the protection of girls will be prioritized over the feelings of those who act out modern day slavery. Although they make up less than 2% of Canada’s population, black men are grossly over represented as those accused and charged for human trafficking. These despicable acts are inexcusable, which is why the left would rather ignore the issue rather than debate it and try and make up systemic racism excuses. The fact is the culture that glorifies the act rather than condemn it, acts it out the most.

Police have been called over 200 times to this particular site since it first was set up.

Near by residents are fed up with dealing with the garbage, human shit, discarded needles, theft and harassment.

These “homeless” people have all been offered housing by the city, but they cannot freely do drugs and operate bicycle chop shops in them so they refuse the offer.

“Some of the city staff … have been followed home,” Tory alleged. “They have been harassed at their homes. They face all kinds of verbal abuse, the likes of which most people would never be expected to put up with in their jobs, from frankly, the protesters.”

I don’t know what’s with the hate, obviously they hate White people so much they didn’t invite any to their sweet party.

All of the big parties that have taken place during lockdown have been Caribbean dancehall/reggae parties made up of almost entirely black attendees.

The media and politicians have been totally silent in mentioning the race link to these parties. But they will mention the “mostly White covidiots in Trinity Bellwood’s Park who think the rules don’t apply to them”. They will label anti-lockdown protesters as racist White-nationalists. White churches are shut down while mosques and temples are allowed to operate. Systemic racism is blamed for high case counts in the black community. Black only vaccine clinics with only black staff.

It is clear that giving these people preferential treatment while never calling out their bad behaviour leads to them acting entitled and as if the rules don’t apply to them.

Refugees now make up half of those using the already strained shelter systems in Toronto.

The left doesn’t care about actually helping our own Canadians with mental health issues or women and children fleeing abusive homes. They would rather virtue signalling to black and brown third worlders.

The analysis by Prism Economics for the Toronto Region Board of Trade and WoodGreen Community Services shows a five-year cumulative loss of $29.4 billion to $37 billion in productivity, wage premiums, recruitment and turnover because it costs so much to live here.

While immigration means that the region’s population continues to grow, for every two newcomers to Canada each year, one established resident leaves.

The very people who are being worked and taxed to death to subsidize and support these new immigrants are the same ones being displaced by the immigrants they are forced to help.

Just another deficit of mass immigration, our quality of life goes down for theirs to go up.
