The only advice the experts have provided for the past year is wear a mask and stay home and “social distance.”
It’s appalling the experts have said literally nothing about nutrition, vitamins, exercise, sleep etc - the things that actually strengthen the immune system.
This is an interesting read:

Does this mean Asian's should stop hating? Most ethnicities from Asia are not accepting of other races/ethnicities at all. So this could be the actual intended message.
Or is this a message to blacks to stop hating Asians?
Or what?
And lumping "asians" in a group is rather racist IMHO. Is a Korean the same as an Indian? Is a Japanese the same as a Filipino? Is a Chinese the same as an Arab? Is an Indonesian the same as a Pakistani?
The most recent study I saw simply measured the relationships between Vit D levels and outcomes from the disease. No added Vit D. Higher levels of Vit D were associated with significantly improved outcomes. (Association only; not causation.)
This appears to relate to a residential situation. Is there a lease, tenancy, rental, homeowners or condo agreement? That would be the first place to look. If such an agreement exists and there is a clause requiring residents to report contracting contagious viruses then there should be no reason it’s not enforceable. If it’s been agreed to I can see no reason why enforcing the clause would be illegal. Absent such a clause I don’t see any basis for the request and in that case it could probably be ignored.
Well, remember back to early 2020 with all the rail and road blockages by the first nations supporters? It’s one thing to protest, it’s another to prevent others from going about their lives. One’s right to take up a cause doesn’t include preventing others from exercising their rights. This law would apply to serious annoyance. Not any simple annoyance. If its application is clear, covers only serious annoyances, and is applied to all protesters (not only certain causes), then fine. Protest all you want, but don't prevent others from doing what they want to do. Your right to protest should not prevent others from exercising their rights. Your rights are not more important than others’ rights.
Let me add to this: as I alluded to above, the issue is not this type of law. The issue is how it is applied. Would anyone be surprised that BLM, Antifa, LGBT or FN protestors are never going to be prosecuted under these laws, no matter how ‘annoying’ their protests become? Would anyone be surprised if ‘alt-right’ protestors are almost always targeted by these laws? This is the real problem. The law on its own is not overly problematic.

Funny excerpt:
Beijing has also said that China expects the US to “make up for the four-year gap” and “submit a strong nationally determined contribution and long-term low greenhouse gas emission development strategy under the Paris Agreement as soon as possible.”
This from the world’s largest polluter.
