Unless The Tories address the housing affordability issue and the loss of Canadian jobs, good luck ever beating the Liberals in a political election. At this point Liberal rule may be perpetual.

You can kick and scream about not wanting to help the poors but you're losing at the polls. You don't really have a choice. The only time the Tories ever win is when moderate liberals and independents get sick of Liberal mismanagement. And with the middle-class+ shrinking and the poor growing in population, we may very well have already reached the point of no return where the Tories can't just be carried by middle-class+ home owners. Urban poverty in urban metros like Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver is very significant and these areas have a ton of seats.

I won't vote Liberal/NDP as their mismanagement makes the problems even worse. But I refuse to vote Tory until they make it easier for me to get on the housing ladder and bring back the jobs they shipped out overseas. My suburban riding is going to keep voting Liberal and the west is going to keep kicking and screaming until the Tories address the issues.

I'm not saying you gotta give the poors UBIs. But the government could create affordable housing in the urban metros close to where the working poor work and build rehab centres for the drug addicts and institutions for the severely mentally ill like we did in the past. And the government should relax residential zoning and housing regulations so that the private sector can increase the housing supply as well. And mass immigration needs to be curbed substantially. But we need more housing anyways just to house the people already here.

If you want to live in a society with gross income inequality where you can get culturally enriched by Tyrones and Muhammads in the parking lot at any moment and then be arrested for self-defense (this happened in Toronto recently), be my guest. That is the trajectory that Liberal-Tory neo-liberalism is on. It's very important to address the conditions that lead to poverty. We are better off as a society to set aside some taxes for increasing the housing supply so that Tyrone actually has something to lose and therefore feels deterred from committing crime. Than living in a society where the Tyrones and Muhammads of our society have nothing to lose and would rather culturally enrich you than commit suicide or overdose on heroin because why the fuck not? If your life is so shit and you can't dig yourself out of the hole, what do you have to lose by culturally enriching people like you with a lead pipe in a parking lot and taking their wallet?

This is why I consider myself more left-libertarian than right-libertarian. Pure leftists don't understand economics. You need to temper the welfare state with pragmatism. But right-libertarians don't understand game theory. If I have nothing, I literally lose nothing jacking you at the ATM or in the parking lot. People who are homeless or live with 7 Pajeets don't give a fuck if they go to prison. Their life is already a prison. There comes a point of diminishing return where increasing punishment doesn't deter crime. Homicide is actually one of the strongest correlations with income inequality for this reason. Society has to address inequality.

The Tories often don't even hide their contempt for people with disabilities. So this does not surprise me. You get more flies with honey than vinegar and this is a concept that is often lost on Tories. The Tories are the party of the middle-class+. But what happens when the percentage of middle-class+ people in Canada shrink and the percentage of poor people go up? You get perpetual Liberal rule. If you want autistic people to vote for you, bring jobs back to Canada and create more affordable housing. Harper had nearly a decade to do this and didn't. ODSP pays $672/month for "basic needs" and $497/month for shelter. Most autistic people don't want to live on this. Most autistic people want to work and they don't like living with 6 Pajeets to a room or whatever it takes to get their rent down to $497/month. lmao. Liberals, Tories and NDP have all failed on these things. But Liberals/NDP have managed to fool some of us autists that they are for us because the Liberals/NDP fundamentally understand that honey attracts more flies. And so that's why the Liberals/NDP get their vote.

Let's analyze each problem he has with Vancouver one by one and see how it relates to Liberal/NDP policies

Insane traffic and full parking lots: Mass immigration: Liberal/NDP policy

petty crime: Rising inequality: Caused by importing cheap scabs from poor countries, inflating the housing bubble and outsourcing/automating Canadian jobs: all Liberal/NDP policies

$2k rent for a 1 bedroom: Caused by importing cheap scabs from poor countries and inflation of the housing bubble: all Liberal/NDP policies

Rat race: Caused by neo-liberal economic policy of the Liberal/NDP

coldness, unfriendliness from people: low-trust society caused by the problems mentioned above pissing people off and putting them in a crabby mood.

A judge in Ontario recently sided against Adamson BBQ and in favor of Toronto Public Health (the case hasn't been decided yet but the judge said that Adam Skelly's behaviour was a danger to public health during his bail hearing. So it's obvious what decision is going to be made in January when Skelly returns to court). Judges here in Canada routinely wipe their ass with the Charter.

The virus is literally called SARS-CoV-2. Not COVID-19. So it's technically incorrect to say someone tested positive for COVID-19. The severe acute respiratory infection that results from SARS-CoV-2 is COVID-19. Most people who have SARS-CoV-2 have a common cold and not COVID-19. lol.

I was defending Dr. David Williams before saying that he was being pressured by the powers that be to introduce COVID restrictions. He seemed to be one of the more reasonable medical officers of health in Canada. But now we know that he is a topcuck.

This is how you know the nurses are full of shit when they say the hospitals are overwhelmed. We had more COVID hospitalizations in Ontario in early April and early May. 264 ICU in early April. 1043 hospitalizations in early May. If we are overwhelmed now, what do you call April and May?

btw Norovirus = family of common cold viruses

They fire people these days for saying unPC things on social media. Surely they can warn an employee for time theft and fire them if they continue to do it.

Rayshard Brooks also fell asleep in a drive-thru. lol. See Rayshard, all you had to do was not resist arrest and you would have lived like this Kentucky mayor.

The general message behind Movember is promoting mental health and suicide prevention among men. And prostate cancer and testicular cancer prevention.

Ironic that the lockdowns have led to poor mental health and suicide as well as delayed prostate cancer and testicular cancer diagnoses.

I tried growing out a mustache at a previous November and it was a pain in the ass. Even if I think the core issues of mental health, suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer in men are important to talk about.

Notice how we went all the way from "let's talk about mental health" to putting mental health on the back burner to save 85 year olds from a bad cold.

One of the main slogans of Movember is that men are dying too young. Yeah let's fuck over young men to save 85 year olds. It's ridiculous.

It takes a lot of bravery for a doctor to push back against lockdowns. Doctors and nurses have been fired for advocating against lockdowns. This is why appeals to authority arguments are bullshit. As anti-lockdown doctors and nurses are often forced to hide their powerlevel. And it's very telling that some of the most vocal anti-lockdown virologists, pathologists, microbiologists, etc. are retired old people. As they have nothing to lose at that point.

Francois Legault (like Doug Ford, Brian Pallister, Francois Legault, Jason Kenney), etc. is a fucking idiot.

It's illegal (with threat of fine) to have indoor social gatherings with people you don't live in these lockdown zones. Meanwhile you have essential workers in places like Brampton, Montreal, etc. packing themselves in crowded buses to go to work. And interacting with hundreds of people per day in some jobs. Wearing a paper/cloth mask that is useless against aerosolized respiratory viruses like coronaviruses, influenzas and rhinoviruses. And you have a bunch of students packed on school buses and into class rooms. And in crowded hallways.

Fucking my gf is not what is causing the surge in new cases. It's people going to work and school and taking public transportation. And we can't have just have everyone staying home and kids staying home because society needs people to work for it to function. Please relax restrictions. Small private gatherings are not what is causing the spread of the virus. At the very least allow indoor social gatherings of 6-10 people from outside your household. Banning indoor social gatherings of people outside your household does little to nothing to curb the spread of the virus. When the spread is happening primarily in the workplace, schools and public transit.

The liberal mainstream media keeps attacking Doug Ford for not locking down hard enough. I don't understand who Doug Ford's base is at this point.

My dad and brother are like the only Doug Ford supporters I know. As they support lockdowns but think that the Liberals are too fiscally irresponsible. Ontario Tories are some of the biggest douchebags you will ever meet. My dad is for lockdowns but feels that CERB is too generous. Meaning he still wants it to be illegal for those people to work because he's terrified of getting the WuFlu but thinks the government is paying them too much to not work. lmao. Ontario Tories IMO are even worse than the Liberals.

My dad is a walking boomer stereotype. "Fuck you, got mine" but also "you have to go on house arrest because I'm afraid of catching WuFlu."

So you're telling me that teachers are scared of a bad cold that so far killed less than 0.0206%* of 60-somethings in Ontario. Which is less than the overall death rate in Ontario (0.0275%*) as the virus kills elderly adults 70+ far more than the general population. And the retirement age for teachers is 65.

326 deaths among 60-69 year olds in Ontario / 1,583,890* 60-69 year olds in Ontario = 0.0206%

*As per 2016 Canadian census. There are more people now

In all of Ontario, there is one case of a staff member dying with COVID-19. Who was like 67 and had multiple pre-existing conditions. She is one of only 326 60-somethings who died with COVID-19 in Ontario.

They gave independent MPP Randy Hillier a ticket for organizing an anti-lockdown protest outside Queen's Park. But BLM and Pajeets can have their own protests. JFL @ our cucked country. It's clear as day that COVID is politicized by the left. And Doug Ford, Brian Pallister, Francois Legault and Jason Kenney are weak-willed cucks to go along with it.

Illinois is under another lockdown I believe (like much of the developed world right now). That probably drove him crazy.

It is not fucking natural to socially isolate human beings. Especially young horny men.

Based All these government regulations ("do you have your business loicense sir?") are part of the reason why there are high barriers to entry to start your own business and why the full time employment rate in Canada was dog shit even before COVID

a lot of leftists

From my experience, the leftists are bitching at Doug Ford for not locking down hard enough and they intend to vote Liberal/NDP in 2022. And Doug Ford has alienated a lot of his base. The 55% is a mystery to me.

My dad is one of that 55% as he is terrified of catching the WuFlu. He thinks Doug Ford should lock down harder. But he doesn't trust the Liberals and NDP with the treasury. lmao.

Old fat white guy who is afraid of WuFlu, is this the 55% that approve of Doug Ford's job?

I would rather they just open small shops instead of do this shit. So now I have to go do curbside pickup or online delivery to get what I need instead of being able to buy everything I want in one trip.
