Yes, they applied through the win network and got it. Freecanada didn't (yet?)

Canadians want all flights closed, except the ones to the country where they came from.

No, it's not. It's its own place.

The people who don't support vaccine passports are the same type of people who refuse to be polled.

And we're quickly reaching our credit limit as it is.

Fair point, unless the global Great Reset is actually an impending thing.

Did you seriously repost this only to still be unable to spell "business?"

Spellcheck STILL exists.

I thought of that too, and that's probably what the opposition is thinking. You're right, there are upsides, but if they decide the pandemic isn't over for ten years, then it's not worth it.

Spellcheck exists, you know.

Easy. The non-Liberal MPs see Trudeau as untouchable during the pandemic. So rather than campaign and hand him a majority, they get to hold on to power indefinitely, and then have a chance to unseat him later.

It's only for those who don't have the option of working from home. If they have flu-like symptoms they need to get tested to get cleared to return to work. (It's also for stupid people who think they need to get tested no matter what.)

If they can keep the pandemic going forever, they never have to call a federal election.

Not so much propaganda as a flex. They see themselves as the world superpower now so it falls to them to host these type of talks.

That website is garbage. Under the USA it lists "growing white supremacist activity."

Looks boring. No party logo, no photographs, default font? If you put this on plain paper, I'd assume it was either a joke or an independent with virtually no budget. Hell, even the Green Party put flyers on glossy cardstock in their earliest years. Also, "Before you throw me out hear me out" is the sort of passive-aggressive shit that makes me throw papers out before I read further. Make your headline catchier. "Choose Freedom." There. That one's free. (See what I did there?)

And why have that tiny blurb about charities on the back of the paper in fine print? If you consider this important information, put it on the front. If you don't, don't put it on there. Of course, if you ever decide to do the glossy cardstock half-sheets, you'd be able to change your formatting completely and put that info there.

That's just off the top of my head. There's probably more wrong with it.

You don't think Trudeau would buy as much of this as he could, given the chance? He wanted ALL the vaccines from CanSino until they pulled the plug on him at the last minute.

Coins ARE easier to unload. That's also part of the reason you pay a premium for them. People who invest in gold tend to hold onto it as more of a long-term thing. You could check the prices of coins at bullion/gold dealers as well, but I wouldn't expect the prices to be a whole lot better.

2
canadianhere 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's exactly it. The custom designs make it "collectible." If you're looking to buy physical gold, buy bars at a bullion dealer.

Oh, undoubtedly. Online polls are biased because they're not randomly selected. It's why most polls are conducted over the phone through unsolicited calls.

You'd be surprised how accurate that few can be. (It's why you see the margin of error can be a few percentage points, 19 times out of 20.) Heck, the Nielsen ratings in the States are essentially surveys of about 8000 households for the entire country of 300+ million people.

It depends on what the provinces can do with their newfound powers to amend the Constitution.

The funny thing is, the third world is doing better than we are because they were treating patients with HCQ.
