There isn't enough lithium available to make all the batteries that Tesla wants to make. Right now there is only so much lithium being mined and it is unlikely to increase. They need to either find a new type of material for the battery or somehow improve efficiency or lessen the material needed to make a battery.

Companies complain they can't find experienced candidates but put no little effort into training or developing new people. Like for cyber security for instance, they want people to have the CISSP certificate. But you need 5 years of experience to get the certificate.
Why are we giving permanent residence to people who don't even LIVE here in the first place? PR should be an upgrade for people who currently live here on temporary work visas and have proven themselves. In fact there are plenty of people already in Canada applying for PR and getting rejected.
Were there no Canadians that wanted to be a massage therapist, accountant, nurse, or cyber security worker?
