Not enough doctors being graduated
Well the fact is 50-60% of new doctors are female, and many decide to work part time or that it "isn't for them" and stop practicing altogether after 5 years.
Here's a quote from a study:
The authors found that female doctors were far more likely than their male counterparts to not be working full-time (22.6% versus 3.6%), with a clear disparity between women with kids and men with kids (30.6% versus 4.6%). In the first year after medical training, men and women had a 9.6 percentage-point gap in their full-time employment — but that gender gap stretched to 38.7 points at six years post-training.
Many doctors became doctors simply for the pay and status. Not because they actually deeply desire to help people. They want to live in big cities where they can live it up and celebrate their status, especially when young. Why would a new doctor want to move to NB? If they want doctors the province is going to have to boost up their billing fees so new doctors are financial attracted to it.
I watched her when she was brand new like 10k subscribers or something. She made a couple funny videos at the beginning. I ended up unsubscribing when she had around 50k subs because it was clear that I was not in her desired target audience which seemed to be teenage girls.
Teenage girls don't watch late night TV shows.
She chose the right time to start though, in the early 2010s, because she got popular enough to be picked up for this show in 2020 when TV is desperate for any non-white, non-male host.
Reminds me of those amazon tribes that have some crazy traditions. Like in order to become a man you have to wear a glove of bullet ant stingers for a day, eat your own baby, and other random gruesome painful things. But that's what society tells them is normal and proper to do, so they do it.
My friend in the US Navy said the vaccine was optional for them because it hasn't been officially approved by the FDA. Not many of them got it. Is it being forced on you by command or is it optional or what's the deal?
The "modern" high tech military stuff that we know about is already 20 or 30 years old. The F-22 is 23 years old, the B-2 stealth bomber is 31 years old. Predator drones are 25 years old already. It's all old news by now.
Who knows what actual crazy new tech the military has. I imagine some super maneuverable high speed stealth drones are out there. There's probably stealth fighter drones by now. Human piloted aircraft are the way of the past. Why bother when you can get some guy to do it while sipping mountain dew and eating pizza in a trailer in Nevada, and swap him out when he gets tired.
