The way I see it, the identitarians want us to focus on identity (i.e. race, sexuality etc) in order to segregate our society into us vs them.
We are currently in a war of left vs right. The left want us to make it racial, sexual etc... i.e. identity.
There are plenty of non-white, non-straight conservatives out there. By making this a racial issue we are alienating a good portion of the conservative supporters that we need in order to win.
As soon as we start playing the racial/sexual/identity angle then we are playing their game where the rules are all set up against us.
Instead we should be decrying the focus on identity and instead focus on non-identitarian issues and argue the point and not the man.
I think this is what u/Ham_Sandwich77 is trying to achieve and explain to people.
We should not give a shit about the race or other characteristics of people. Instead we should be focusing on their beliefs and ideas.
There are plenty of white people who don't support conservatism. There are plenty of non-white people who do support conservatism.
It's ideas that matter, not the identity of the person who expresses those ideas.
If you want to focus on identity then you are no different from the leftist identitarians.

So many of them have lost complete control of their lives and they take it out on the people who can't defend themselves, the kids. This sort of thing has almost always been around but the teachers I had in the 80's and 90's were very good and most of my peers agree. So I think we fixed most teaching by the 90's but then the SJW and feminist problem arose.
I've thought about the teachers that I know and I know 3 or 4 really good former teachers, as in they left the field a number of years ago out of frustration with the direction education was taking into indoctrination rather than actual education.
One of them I met at work in IT, the other 3 were his friends who had also left teaching and now worked in other fields.
I think all the good teachers have left or have given up fighting against the tide in education.

Her current latest lament is that she's single at 42 and is demanding that men "man up" and seriously date her alcoholic, anti-depressant taking, single mother with 2 dysfunctional kids, ageing sagging ass.
I'm sure there are good teachers out there, I just don't know any of them.
