wait wait, is that, I think oh, maybe, it is, THATS HAVRO!!!! we found him guys!!!!
Exactly the same situation. Perfect analogy, and thank you for saving us the time by finding the precedent which applies in this case.
Kind of to hard to shop somewhere else when the government is mandating it. It's up to the minimum wage employees to grow a spine and not be a Nazi in fear of being reported at their minimum wage jobs. It's not like there's a manager present at most times at these places anyways.
Not complying is the only answer. People oughtta make it such a pain in the ass for the employees that the whole fascist idea of infringing on our medical liberties just isn't practical enough for the average person to bother
This is stupid. You're picking on store clerks who have no authority and must apply the rules if they want to keep their jobs.
Not only is he making all mask critics look bad, this douchebag is also the worst kind of coward - one who picks on employees because he knows they can't fight back without getting fired.
This guy honestly deserves to get curb stomped.
The guy is a douchebag faggot because he is doing it for the purposes of monetizing clicks.
However, EVERYBODY, who is doing something they know to be morally unethical solely because their boss tells them to do it has an obligation to fight back. The obvious example is the General orders you to do war crimes.
The fat bitch could have fought back against this mask BS in a passive aggressive manner just by moving him ahead to the front of the line, selling him his water or giving it to him for free, giving him a free cookie.... Ignoring him completely. Or whatever the fuck. No different than you would do with a drunk at 3am. AKA, do your job, be a professional, deescalate the situation.
Calling 911 is a last resort and certainly does not need to happen over the course of 1 minute 30 seconds.
Or she could have just turned a blind eye and not said anything and no one would've cared.
Sorry, but there's no comparison between making customers wear masks, and committing war crimes like mass murder. Because nobody is directly harmed by asking customers to wear a mask. The cost to the person putting the mask on is virtually northing. The cost to the employee losing their job is massive. It's therefore not reasonable to ask someone to sacrifice their livelihood in order to save customers a minor inconvenience.
It is coming. It is a global political agenda. We just don't know what the end form is going to look like. Possibly in the form of 100 million starving Africans. Possibly in the form of modern day warfare.
But the point being, everybody always has to stand up against their boss against ridiculous shit. In the movie Office Space it was the red stapler, TPS Reports, and a printer that nobody would fix to 'save money'. It is just a movie, but you get the point. If you are not willing to put your job on the line to win these small little things you are part of the problem.
You're asking these people to get themselves fired from their jobs (presumably anywhere they go) by defying their employer's orders on masks, and presumably end up hungry, homeless and ultimately dead - just to further your personal crusade on masks.
Again, that's just not reasonable. These people have a right to survive too.
If their boss was ordering them to shoot everyone who walked into the store then fine, they'd have a duty to disobey that order. But that's not even close to what's happening. They're just telling people to put a piece of cloth over their mouths.
Nobody needs to sacrifice their livelihoods to satisfy your personal crusade on masks. What exactly are you sacrificing here?
I am telling everybody to tell their bosses to get fucked once in a while.
Calling 911 because the Office Space dude wants to collate using his personal red stapler instead of the company approved black one is ridiculous. Calling 911 because a person in your store is not wearing a mask for 1:30-seconds is ridiculous.
Asking a store clerk to act like a police officer is ridiculous. We have had mandatory pay-at-the-pump now in BC for about 10 years because one idiot like the fat chick tried to stop an SUV from leaving without paying and managed to get himself run-over (because his boss intimidated him probably through illegal threats of withholding pay) and it is fucking ridiculous.
That's easy for you to say. Have you sacrificed your livelihood in service to your cause?
It doesn't matter what you think is ridiculous. It doesn't fall to lowly minimum wage employees to sacrifice their livelihoods in service to your cause. Not when they need those jobs to live.
Yup. Quit my job out of principal when I finally realized just how bad the corruption was at the highest international levels. But the point is, I won many, many little battles during the two-decades on the way up just by having an 'I don't give a fuck if I lose my job attitude'. I did what was safe. I did what was efficient. I refused unsafe work. I fought for my fellow employees. In one case I specifically stepped aside to allow another person I felt better qualified for a promotion instead of myself.
It falls to everyone. If there are 20 bosses in a hierarchy, then every boss stands up to their boss. At some level of the hierarchy somebody will realize how ridiculous bullshit is and have the power to change it.
It's basic human decency, man. If the virus was so deadly and dangerous that it would warrant wearing face masks in public, then the store shouldn't be open in the first place.
All the data is out that the masks are completely useless. It's a control measure... A way to dehumanize people and keep them from uniting with one another.
When I'm in stores and see people with these masks, it's a very cold and unusual encounter. There's a sinister air to it. It's sick and must be rejected at all costs.
On what fucking planet is walking into a private business, screaming at the minimum wage employees and calling them names because they won't sacrifice their jobs to satisfy your ideological beliefs "basic human decency, man"?
You wanna quit your job over mask policies, you go right ahead. You do NOT get to demand that the next person sacrifice their fucking livelihood in service to your retarded little crusade. Again, people who think they're entitled to that deserve to be curb stomped.
"making mask critics look bad"
What else is the answer, pal? Going in, gagging yourself with your face diaper every day in compliance while politely sharing your disdain of the policy? That isn't going to get anyone anywhere.
The only solution is making it such a pain in the ass for people to enforce that the policy has no chance but to crumble. Fighting back against tyranny isn't pretty, but people pushing back aren't the bad guys here. What other choice do we have?
Don't you see that the agenda is to make shopping at local locations so intolerable that the only other option is to support the conglomerates like Amazon and Wal-Mart with their curb-side pickups?
They want two columns. Column A is people who wear the mask and enforce it on others. Column B is people who refuse to wear the mask and turn on their fellow citizens for enforcing it.
This idiot falls neatly into Column B. He's only making the situation worse. Just don't wear the mask, and don't acknowledge anyone who tries to bully you into wearing one, or speak to them as if they're not enforcing the mask.
Are you fucking guys living on some other planet or something? Get a grip, man.
The guy brushed it off twice and then got berated a 3rd time for not having the mask "over his nose" for crying out loud. At what point aren't you going to tell someone needlessly powertripping on you to fuck off?
lol I mean being nice and compliant is what's gotten Canadians to this point and the government is going to keep on pushing and pushing as long as it goes smoothly, make no mistake about it.
Yes, just be polite and compliant while more and more rights get stripped and the demands become more and more pervasive.
The guy who made this is a douche. There is no reason for this type of behaviour. It accomplishes nothing except to put on full display the guy’s stupidity. If the point is he has the right to not wear a mask then the store’s right to have customers wear masks is just as valid. He may not like it but rights are rights and one person’s rights don’t trump another person’s.
Well, I think being polite is important initially. If it is not reciprocated then whether one should continue to be polite should be considered. But in my experience being polite even in the face of obnoxiously rude people can disarm the rude person. There is never a benefit from not being polite initially.
Submissive? I advise against this completely. Never be submissive. And never mistake courtesy or politeness for submissiveness.
The guy brushed off her power tripping twice before then complying and putting on the mask and then got shit on a 3rd time for not having the mask over his nose. At that point, all politeness goes out the window.
The 3 strike rule is more than fair in a situation like this
the clerk's imposing and trying to dictate a medical decision upon him when he's just trying to buy a bottle of water. You get in someones business like that, conflict is likely to arise. It's just life.
lol yeah he's not someone to look to politically or anything but as far as these Youtuber type guys go, he has some funny clips.
