Doubt away, it’s a semi free country. Try it yourself, many people bedsides myself were politely declining their offer.

Voided? Sure, agreed, if the gov wants to take it all the way to the SCOC. Except section 6, right to enter and move about Canada. This was deemed so important, the drafters made it immune to the notwithstanding clause.

I agree that the gov (provincial or feds) can try to legislate away that right, and may be successful in the short term because of ruling by fear of consequences, but it will fall like a house of cards if and when it gets taken to the SCOC.

Quote: “ It is important to note that section 6 is not subject to section 33, the Charter’s notwithstanding clause. If invoked, the clause allows governments to ignore certain Charter rights. However, when the notwithstanding clause was drafted, mobility rights were determined to be of such fundamental importance that the Charter drafters decided that governments could not override those rights by invoking the clause. In effect, individual mobility rights were given an additional safeguard from government interference. ” https://www.constitutionalstudies.ca/2020/03/travel-restrictions-in-a-pandemic-what-are-your-charter-rights/

Think yourself lucky Canada that at least you have a somewhat functional constitution. The UKs last remaining bill of rights. the Magna Carta, was watered down over years to useless levels. Now, the law of the land in the UK is essentially that, unless something is expressly defined by legislation to be illegal, it is not technically illegal.

I’m confident close to zero, if not total zero green tickets has been successfully prosecuted. I sent the ones I got off with the court option ticked and I never heard back.

Yet I landed in YYC, asserted my constitutional rights under sec 6.1, and emergencies act 14.2, shown out of the stupid covid1984 “test” line, refused the quarantine hotel and test. Didn’t get a ticket for the covid1984 hotel refusal. The Stasi were actually quite polite.

Because it’s not an offence and it’s not a law. If it was a law in Alberta they would enforce it. But they didn’t. The Alberta Stasi can’t do shit, because they can only act if a Public health Canada worker makes an official complaint. Wether the covid1984 things are “regs” “laws” “guidelines” or whatever level they are is all bark and no bite because the charter and constitution poops all over them.

There’s a bit in the charter/rights-freedoms or constitution that says in so many words that no matter what law, reg or rule gets crapped out by these tinpot dictator vermin likeTrutard, Henry, Kenney, Ford et al, if it breaches the charter, its null and void before the ink even dries.

The good news is that if they were laws, hundreds of people would be arrested. However they are not. They cannot arrest you because they are regulations (as far as I know) and are not arrestable violations.

One cannot be arrested for refusing a covid test because refusing a medical procedure isn’t illegal. The quarantine hotel mandatory thing is all a front and facade. They are counting on the person not knowing there’s nothing to stop you from leaving. If the Stasi threaten arrest- let them arrest. Your lawyer will have a field day with them.

Even if by some miracle Justine Trudeau or fat Komptroller got them to pass as laws, I’m guessing next to nil have been arrested for them, because gubmint knows well that upon reaching queens bench or provincial or even SCOC, it would be ruled unconstitutional and the Goobermint humiliated.

Chris Sky walked out. As did based old polish man (video somewhere on boobtube of him basically refusing all the crap- wish I could remember the video)

There was mainstream news a while back about the Stasi burning through their supplies of green ticket pads because so many folk at Toronto were opting for the fines rather than the house arrest or test nonsense. I gather it’s best to land at YYZ Calgary airport because of some provincial technicality in AB law meaning the Stasi have even less power to do with health regs.

If I have time I’ll look it up and post it. Quite the interesting read Canadians should be aware of.

It’s all wizard of oz big state scary man and vicious guard dogs smoke and mirrors kabuki. Once you assert ones rights, the curtain is pulled back and they shrink away because you see it’s just midgets and chiwawas.

Fun fact, you can refuse all the tests, and the house arrest/quarantine facism, plus don’t take the ticket when it is proffered. Literally do not raise your hands or even attempt to touch or hold/take the ticket off the Stasi. Let it fall to the ground. Walk away.

“Are we done here? Am I being detained? Then am I free to go?”

Time will tell. On a freedom event where he was only semi official he was to attend (due to threats of arrest mid travel by Manitoba Stasi), I didn’t meet him myself but was in a crowd of several folks I went along with a few feet away, and seemed happy to shake people’s hands, hug people, take pics, selfies, answer questions, hear what they had to say, over and over again. I counted most out of 30 people in my group stopping him and talking to him one by as he was making his way up to the podium. The questions were quite similar but he addressed them over and over.

He looked a bit tired behind the sunglasses and he was getting a bit monotone and hoarse/energy dipping at the end and edge of the crowd at the podium side and TBH talking to a zillion people would try my patience too.

Ultimately I’m going to reserve judgement and from his spirit and mannerisms only a few feet away, he appears to be just a normal man, he is like anyone else, no media training, not a trained public speaker. His heart seems to be in the right place from what I saw, if I’m wrong, I have lost nothing.

“Art piece” he says, liking the ugly graffiti tagged culvert.

“Sounds good mister. Can we spray your house now? No? Wait? You say that’s vandalism? You’re calling the police? ACAB right brother ? No? You defunded it remember?

What’s that? It’s different now?”

Hard lefties. It’s all fun and games until THEY pay for it and the chaos is at THEIR back door.

There’s another post on patriots .win where the analysis appears to be that Musk Is doing a combo of subtle trolling and or sarcasm.

At this point I’ve no idea if he’s being serious or just trolling. His Bitcoin flip flop was also confusing.

Hey, it’s good enough for Mad Maxine Waters. They don’t seem to like it back at them though.

Aww muffin. He’s bleating his kids were scared? Taxpayer teat sucking cunt. Him and his Cronies destroyed thousands of businesses, made hundreds if not thousands of families go bankrupt, decimate incomes, likely caused home, car, repos, persecuting Christians, had the Copgestapo harass, bully, beat taxpayers. Burn in hell.

I really hope this little Commie Vermin scum was terrified, and his grow up to despise him because he’s a tyrant.

Maybe remembering that gut feeling of terror will dissuade him from following the goose stepping orders of his Schwab WHO/UN orders next time he thinks about “following orders”.

Im sceptical too, however the buggers have managed to ratchet up CAFE rules to the point of making powerful affordable comfy big sedans non existent, so I’d say their cute little globalist plan is going quite well so far. Since electric cars and “zero emission” AKA electric cars (possibly hydrogen cars) aren’t real cars/light trucks, the ban is essentially, on all new cars and light trucks from 2035.

Even electric shitmobile owners know deep down their choice is lame. Tesla owners are the ultimate example of a mark. Even….EVEN if by some miracle, the Libturd party is in power by 2035 and pull this madness off, consumers will just bite the bullet and buy an F250 class instead.

They can pry this V8 from my cold, dead hands.

What the hell? Does the brutal winter not kill off all the junkies and crack heads every year, or at least prune them back a bit?

Would be interesting to know of that number, how many had the holy anointing of the Rona cult branch Covidian jab. Probably wouldn’t help.

BritPedeMEGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes indeed. All new public road cars and light trucks- either gasoline or diesel by 2035. So that’s all cars.

Alcohol or top fuel dragsters or exotically fuelled race cars (even tractors) used on private roads probably won’t be far behind. Somehow watching an F1, NASCAR, TOCA, race all electric sounds as dull as watching paint dry.

Electric cars aren’t real cars. Real cars and trucks have engines. Electric cars are just iPhones on wheels, or glorified golf carts.

Sure one can do a propane conversion but they will likely ban that too. Hydrogen vehicle? Ehhh if it has an actual engine and drives well, ok I could stretch to that.

IOW, many folk in AB and BC were done with masks a long time ago and the Goobermint just made a big deal of dropping it to make everyone think it was their idea so the Goobment didn’t lose face.

Good post. Good find. This is Justine Trutard's version of the great reset. All dressed up in fancy concerned, touchy feely language.

IOW.... "you will own nothing and be happy".

Also look up the creeping Marxism that is the 'strong cities initiative'. Strong my arse.

Also notice how so many of these cute little shcemes all tend to congeal around the year 2030?

UK to ban all new car sales by 2030. Theres also lots of other odd or fuck right off things that on the surface, are just sheer coincidence. I mean, its not a plan they have been incrementally lining up and funneling us into for the last 90 odd years. No no...nothing to see citizen...move along.

when is someone gonna tell them that at 400ppm of C02 we are dangerously close to the plant death zone?

We have crappy C02 numbers. Rookie numbers. We gotta pump those numbers up if we are to head off the maunder minimum and next mini ice age.

They like to have it all ways dont they?. Too cold? Climate change. Too warm? Climate change. Too rainy? Too windy? Essentially every type of normal meteorological happening....

OMG must be climate change/muh globule warmingz.

Last week or so in BC....also known as 'summer'.

1
BritPedeMEGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

Fair enough. So it’s 7 degrees more, and in the okanagan it’s gonna be 46c on Tuesday.

So if it’s more than ‘just summer’ - what is it? And if it’s going to be warmer for whatever reason for the next few years… and? So? That’s always the question that must be asked: “So what? What’s so bad about a warmer earth?”

Some say “the ice caps may melt.”

Ok, again “so what?”

Life thrived on earth without ice caps and during the Cambrian explosion you couldn’t swing a stick without hitting something lush, green or animal. And it was way, way warmer all over than it is now.

So if this is warmer thing is here to stay, good… I’ve had enough of Winnipeg and Lethbridge winters.
