Bad analogy. The chef is actually making the cupcake - they should know all the ingredients. The doctor isn’t making the vaccine, they just receive and administer it. A doctor is closer to the manager of your grocery store: They get a shipment of cupcakes from the cupcake company and then sell them to you; they don’t know all the ingredients.
