After reading that I really don’t know whether to laugh or cry. It’s a sad state of affairs how the population has been so divided. It’s sickening. The other day a radio talk show host did a segment about a trans person who was “misgendered” and how bad it must feel and how hurtful it was. I almost barfed before I turned it off. No one really cares. These are really not serious issues. Yet they are repeatedly thrown at us in an attempt to normalize mental illness. Nuts.

Indeed. The gag order serves absolutely no purpose here and was made most likely to prevent him from encouraging others or seeking funding. The gag order should not withstand a charter challenge, and any reasonable judge rendering a proper judgement would overturn the gag order. And I’d like to see the crown argue the gag order is justified under s. 1. It would be a most ridiculous argument.

Not even the Supreme Court. Provincial courts, where most issues will be decided. And I suspect most judges won’t look too kindly at folks that flout public health rules. I may be wrong but I think most judges are very happy with excessive government control, unless the victim is part of the accepted victim class.
