The CEO said they are banning porn, which is fine. A lot of porn these days is used to exploit men and keep men submissive to women.
The CEO also said the majority of bans have been against people who simply use personal insults such as "fuck you" instead of contributing anything. This is also reasonable, though I'd have liked to see this included but harrassment should most definitely not be allowed and this borders on that.
Finally, the CEO said spam and shitposting won't be allowed. Spam not being allowed is most definitely reasonable because spam is used to censor other people. Shitposting is the only real controversial thing I think because defining shitposting opens you up to censoring.
In any case, most of the leftists being banned went straight into attacking, not debating, but attacking other users. The CEO made it clear that attacking people won't be allowed but you can disagree with people. That seems reasonable to me.
It's obviously not true full free speech but we've never had that ever. Whatever it is, for now it's better than most other platforms.

To be fair, if you aren't using Whonix/Tails on Qubes while using the TOR network to communicate then your anonymity is already compromised. Obviously you shouldn't give away more information than you need to but conservatives need to stop hiding away from the public discourse and government and start putting ourselves out there and taking risks. I agree with this completely. We should also turn ATB into a full on central bank then start printing Alberta currency. Make it law that Alberta currency must be accepted everyone that Canadian currency is accepted. All provincial jobs to pay in Alberta currency. Only accept Alberta currency for provincial taxes.
Alberta should also create an excuse to militarize the Alberta Police Force and essentially create a military arm of the police force to build up some military power.
Eventually Alberta should annex BC in a civil war then declare independence from Canada.
Have you considered libertarian? They're probably the most direct counter to socialism while still maintaining an ideology which is compatible with leftist morality such that libertarians at least have a chance of winning.
Derek Sloan - Probably the best in terms of conservative values but he has no chance of winning a federal election so I won't vote for him given this.
Leslyn Lewis - Optically, she has absolutely everything the left wants and would be quite an ironically entertaining leader. She has a masters in environmental studies, MBA in business and environment and has a PhD. She's a woman and black. The left would go crazy countering her. Unfortunately, she seems like she's a pretty weak politician and not very polished. I think she could learn the role and grow into it though. I'd say she is my first or second pick.
Peter MacKay - This guy reminds me too much like Scheer. He has no backbone. Constantly flips on things he says to appease leftists. He's not a new face and has demons in his closet. I think the people who'll vote conservative because of MacKay are already voting conservative so I don't think he brings anything to the table. He's perceived as being a part of the "old boys club" by some. I think in terms of conservative values, Peter seems to be willing to change anything to get elected. Too much of a politician and not what the conservatives need. MacKay is my third pick.
Erin O'Tool - I think Erin is up there with MacKay in terms of polish but comes with a cleaner slate. Erin seems more willing to stand up for conservative values than MacKay but also willing to compromise to get elected. I think his fat old white guy look is a detriment because he's pretty much the stereotypical conservative leader but it worked for Ford so maybe that's mostly irrelevant. Erin is probably my first pick but Lewis is a strong contender.
