The majority of Canadians probably support all firearms being banned as well, so is that the next step of the CPC -- stop supporting firearm owners and kick out any MP that is pro-firearms?

That is called tyranny of the majority. Sometimes a party needs to stand up for it's core values.

I understand your reasoning for the CPC kicking out the Yukon MP, but I do not accept that as an answer. The loss of my vote is irrelevant anyway though, as the riding of Mississauga-Malton is looking at 56% Liberal support and only 20-something% CPC -- In which case I can comfortably vote my conscience, or not vote at all if I don't feel like it.

This will cost the loss of my vote for the CPC if this is true. (Not that it matters much in my riding, which is firmly Liberal anyway).

I was going to hold my nose and vote CPC simply for the gun issue and hoping that if the CPC got in they would overturn the OIC prohibition that banned a lot of firearms.

However, I will never vote for anyone who would even consider a vaccine mandate or passport.

This isn't an airport, you don't need to announce your departure.

Nice place to be. I used to live in Jakarta for a few years about 15 to 20 years back.

Even then I started wearing a pollution mask while riding, because the soot that those old crappy trucks and buses put out is unreal. I rode a motorcycle from Jakarta to Jogja via Bandung and back, and of course motorcycles aren't allowed on the toll road, so it was back shitty roads with all the trucks, and my face was black from the pollution.

Anyway, first choice there is wear a helmet. And a good helmet if you can find one.

More importantly though, make sure your little brother is wearing his rubber helmet -- there is incurable antibiotic resistant strains of gonorrhea and chlamydia that goes around those parts -- nevermind the herpes and hiv. All of which would worry me more than covid.

No, but I found the Element room that hasn't been posted in since Oct 19th

So I sent emails to that Health Unit as well as the local MPP stating they are being racist as fuck and I am filing a Human Rights complaint... oh yeah, I did that too.

Use the Left's tools against the Left... that is the way to live.

I will update with the responses I get.

The article says Huron Perth... so I guess Huron county and Perth county share the same health unit -- Goderich to Stratford essentially. Yes, nowhere near Brantford, but I did know an off reservation native living in Stratford, and his home rez was near Brantford -- only reason I mentioned the place.

And I guess Huron county is pretty close to a reservation, as it ends just past Grand Bend and Ipperwash isn't much further down the road. Still can't imagine how this makes much sense here though.

I'm not taking the vaccine anyway, and fine, if they want to test this vaccine on the natives first, have at it, but isn't this just about the most racist idea they can come up with?

Huron Perth doesn't even have a reservation. They might have a few natives here and there that live off res (Brantford is the nearest, I think)... so why the preferential treatment (or in this case, maybe disadvantageous depending on how the vaccines work out).

There are many variations of the Reformed church, and it is true that some of them do not believe in vaccinations. Others might though.

https://www.historyofvaccines.org/content/blog/religion-vaccination-confusion

It appears that the branch to look for these days might be the Restored Reformed Church. The one in Ontario that belongs to the Restored Reformed Church of the Netherlands is in Springford, Ontario.

Try a religious exemption. Say you are Dutch Reform and as such you do not take vaccines, and if they still press the matter lodge a complaint with the human rights tribunal.

To make it legit, there are a number of Reform churches around...

If that fails, contact a labour lawyer.

I'll probably be in the same predicament before too long, and if it comes down to it I guess I will lose my job over this matter.

Oh but the dikes. The dikes are a work of art and engineering. Some of them likely have hairy armpits too.

Obviously you are not one of the master race... the tallest people, blue eyed and blond hair (i.e., not Dutch, not much). You must be a little pip squeak italian or something. Or one of those UK or French deviants. I almost forgot, Mom is Belgian (Flemish part), they have most excellent beer and are still tall, blond, and blue eyed and can still belong to the Master race... as long as they are not French Belgians... Antwerp good, Brussels shit.

Not just white, but Dutch (background), and if you aren't Dutch, you aren't much.

I think the '68 - '69 Hong Kong Flu a decade later was similar... up to 4 million dead world wide and 100k dead in the US, and despite that no lockdowns and they even had Woodstock in '69 -- obviously no masks, no social distancing bullshit.

Ha, I am a white guy who worked in Indonesia in my 20s.

I had girls ask to take their picture with me at airports/train station/ferry docks.

I had a school teacher approach me outside my hotel, paid for my room for me to visit her class at a rural one room school (a couple hundred km from the capital Jakarta). A lot of the kids had never seen a white person before and gave me all kinds of gifts. It was hilarious.

Every little town kids would come running up saying "Hello Mister!"

Of course, that kind of attention also attracted the scammers, the pimps, and the shills trying to unload whatever garbage they were selling, so it helped to learn their language fairly quick to be able to tell them to piss off.

chuckufarlie 7 points ago +7 / -0

Fuck off with your 'just trying to feed their kids' shit. Same as 'just following orders'.

Don't want to be attacked, don't ask me personal questions.

No I am not going to fuck around with fake anything. They have no right to demand I put anything in my body, and for me to pretend I did just to appease them is almost as weak as just complying. "Please sir, here is my card sir, I've taken your medicine sir, just let me into your store sir."

Fuck you are a cuck.

Imagine for a second if the vaccine is not mandatory, but businesses are allowed to ask if you've been vaccinated or not -- i.e. some security guard asking to see your card.

The response should be jamming a fucking pen into his eye and asking him what fucking business is it of his what is or isn't in my body.

If a number of people did that, everyone would be scared to ask -- which is how it should be.

If anyone ever asks me if I have been vaccinated, I am going to react in anger and at the very least scare the living shit out of them if not worse.

chuckufarlie 16 points ago +16 / -0

Just the suggestion that vaccines could be mandatory is the part that is too much for me.

I am not an anti-vaxxer. I am an ex soldier that has had so many vaccines it's not funny, but I agreed to those terms. I signed up for service.

I've long known that the only real 'property' I have is my body. It is the only thing that cannot be taken away and that I have from life to death. To even suggest that I could be forced to inject something suggests that I have no freedom of choice what-so-ever. That means that I am property of and a slave to the state.

The other things I have conceded to suck, but they are trade offs. Work requires me to wear a mask -- I reluctantly agree to those terms since they pay me, so I'll add a mask to my uniform when I am at work. Stores are forced by the government to deny me service if I don't wear a mask, or they'll face a bigger fine than I am spending. So I comply there too. I wear a small bit of their compliance uniform for the trade off that I can get what I need. But that mask comes off. It is not something injected in my body that I can not remove or only temporary.

If they had never suggested that I am a slave and don't have a say in what gets injected in me, I might have even decided to get this vaccine. But not anymore. Now I am aware that I am nowhere near as free as I thought I was.

I don't know how this is going to end, but this is not looking good. I hear your sentiment though. I've been awake most of the night with similar thoughts racing through my head.

As a proper cuck, he should have asked his gf to ride with you and he could take the stairs on his own. That fella needs some reeducation.

chuckufarlie 9 points ago +9 / -0

Claim a religious exemption (Christian Reformed may work).

If any business denies you service for not being vaccinated due to a religious exemption, lodge a complaint with the Human Right's board.

I'll also add, if you decided you are going to get your PAL and if you have a friend or relative who has a PAL -- have them buy whatever guns you are interested in now and hang on to them. Bill C71 had a bit of a back door registry built in, but it hasn't been activated yet.

I did that for a buddy late last year. He did his course in December but because of delays and covid it took until July before he was issued his PAL. He already owned 6 rifles that resided in my gun safe by the time he actually had his PAL. I even 'took him out shooting' with his guns a couple times before his PAL arrived, as a PAL holder can supervise a non PAL holder when shooting.
