Here is a short list of some of the good things brought to you by Justin Trudeau & his Liberals from 2015 to 2018

The minister of defense is guilty of public perjury, gross negligence causing a threat to national security and should be in jail.

The minister of finance engaged in insider trading - a 10 year sentence.

The minister of immigration actively and quietly attempted to remove protections of FGM from the Canadian citizenship guide, which HAD he succeeded would have provided a lawful excuse under current Canadian laws for practitioners of this crime on humanity to never face sentencing or punishment if they performed it here. DOMESTIC TERROR

He blew the Asia Pacific deal. He blew the helicopter deal with the Philippines. He blew the pipeline deal. He blew the deal with China. He blew the deal with Europe. He‘s screwed up immigration. What more do people need to realize Trudeau is a complete failure at everything he does?

Do we need to mention the fiasco at our Southern border?

-At the G7 he pledged $400 Million to Education around the world along with another $180 Million to the Global Partnership for Education in Europe. None of it is going to fix our messed up school systems here at home. Meanwhile education costs are skyrocketing for our youth making university a mountain too high for many to climb.

-He pledged $241 Million to Family Planning around the world including a $20 Million donation to the Bill and Hillary Clinton Foundation (because they have integrity!). This all happened while he told vets that they were asking too much.

-He pledged $2.65 Billion to climate change at the Commonwealth Leaders Summit and now he is trying to bully the provinces into new taxes to pay for this pledge.

-He pledged $300 Million to the Rohingya Refugee crisis while we have a refugee crisis of our own flooding into Quebec that he won't address.

-He pledged $125 Million to Caribbean Reconstruction while our own infrastructure in cities is falling apart.

-He pledged $650 million to Sexual and Reproductive health in Haiti and around the globe wanting safer abortions for woman while many women in our own country are left without a family doctor.

-He has pledged $50 million to Palestine for flood relief when NB had some of the worst flooding in decades this past spring.

-He pledged $840 million to Syria for Humanitarian Assistance when half the native reserves in our country don't have clean drinking water.

-He gave $10.5 Million to a convicted...CONVICTED terrorist in a backroom deal that has lead to another $30.8 Million payed out for three other fellers who say they were wrongfully detained.

-And just recently he spent $4.5 Billion on a pipeline, and now the courts have ruled it's expansion needs to be re consulted.(Good luck with your gas prices BC). Good investment for Canada he said.

Pressured Jody Wilson Raybould repeatedly & INNAPPROPRIATELY with several different high ranking officials to offer SNC Lavalin a DPA instead of prosecution for repeated & sustained corruption AFTER the former AG had determined they were ineligible for such a deal.

Lied about the above having ever taken place.

Replaces Canada’s old F-18s with Australia’s old F-18s.

Thinks we should thank muslim refugees for moving to Canada.

His love of all things Castro and all things Red China.

Imposes tough regulations and taxes on oil from Alberta, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland but not oil from Saudi Arabia.

Every new project has to undergo strict environmental assessments...except cement plants in Quebec.

Says that a proposed pipeline must consider “the intersection of sex and gender with other identity factors” (what does that even mean???)

Thinks older Canadians should be replaced.

Chases foreign companies (and their investment capital) out of the country like they have the plague.

Chases our WW1 soldiers out of our national anthem... lest we forget.

Brings in 10s of thousands of unemployable “refugees”.

Tweets out a welcome to 10s of thousands more fake refugees from the US (even gets the RCMP to be their bellhops).

All his fake refugees get better healthcare than Canadians do, while they put a strain on all our public services and contribute little.

Continuously uses identity politics...then complains about identity politics.

Forgot Alberta was a province.

Called small business owners “tax cheats” while he sucks at the teat of a family trust fund.

Taxes cow farts.

Ask questions about money spent on illegal immigrants and he calls them intolerant racists

We have an equalization program but he gives half of it to one province.

Says “diversity is our greatest strength” but his divisiveness tears us apart.

Screws up our trade relations with our most important trade partner because he failed to stop Chinese steel from flowing through to the states and he won’t give up supply management which hurts Canadian consumers.

$8 million for a skating rink. $4.5 billion for a 65 year old pipeline (and KM uses that money to build a pipeline in Texas)

Billions added to the national debt.

Kokanee groper.

Elbowed a female MP while dragging another MP by the arm in a petulant huff.

Illegal migrants are just “irregular border crossers”.

Gets India to invest $250 million in Canada but we have to invest $750 million in India first.

Compared returning ISIS terrorists to Italian immigrants and says they will be an extraordinary powerful voice for Canada.

Lets Terrorists keep their Canadian citizenship.

Thinks Canada is 100 years old instead of 150.

Generally making life less affordable for the average Canadian.

Gave Canadian taxpayer’s money to the Clinton Foundation.

Gave Canadian taxpayer’s money to Hamas.

Still gives foreign aid to China?????????

Increasing the number of personal pronouns to 50.

Outrage over fake racist attacks, says nothing about real terrorist attacks.

Spent a little over $1.5 million on the trip to India that did nothing but worsen ties. Plus paid over $17,000 to Vikram Vij, a chef from Vancouver to prepare a meal for a meeting in New Delhi.

And the only PM found to have violated ethics provisions TWICE!

That’s the short list.

Tories hired Warren Kinsella's Daisy Group to undermine Maxime Bernier's PPC: source

A social media campaign designed to make the Conservatives look better to voters by painting The People's Party of Canada, and its leader, as intolerant.

[Internal documents] show that Warren Kinsella and his consulting firm Daisy Group carried this out. He's a former liberal strategist...the documents show that the firm's strategy was to, "seek and destroy Bernier's party". And to do that by creating a Twitter account under the guise of an anti-racism group and then to push Bernier and his party off their message and have them defend against hate speech and racist comments.

Imposed by valid regulation.

Informed Consent

For consent to treatment to be considered valid, it must be an "informed" consent. The patient must have been given an adequate explanation about the nature of the proposed investigation or treatment and its anticipated outcome as well as the significant risks involved and alternatives available.

Fleming v. Reid, 1991 (Ontario)

The right to determine what shall, or shall not, be done with one's own body, and to be free from non-consensual medical treatment, is a right deeply rooted in our common law. This right underlies the doctrine of informed consent. With very limited exceptions, every person's body is considered inviolate, and, accordingly, every competent adult has the right to be free from unwanted medical treatment. The fact that serious risks or consequences may result from a refusal of medical treatment does not vitiate the right of medical self- determination. The doctrine of informed consent ensures the freedom of individuals to make choices about their medical care. It is the patient, not the doctor, who ultimately must decide if treatment -- any treatment -- is to be administered.

R. v. Hape

The Supreme Court ruled that any specific right contained in an international document or instrument is read as a minimal protection under section 7 of the charter. Therefore the rights and protections contained in The Nuremburg Code and The Helsinki Declaration are protected under and addition to section 7 of the charter.

And finally, despite all of that said, I sadly agree with you that the majority of Canadian judges still will not rule against this blatant disregard for our constitution and basic civil liberties.

It's only a summary of this video. And I counted, 7 times now.

In terms of federal/provincial regulated sectors and mRNA vaccine mandates, the judicial branches are backlogged across the country and it will be awhile before any courts hear any cases.

I'm not sure how informed consent can be provided when that medical intervention has no long term safety data. A lack of informed consent makes a law unconstitutional and a contract unenforceable.

I know Germany and Spain are mislabeled.

Summary:

There are 2 types of law in Canada:

Public Law

Governs the relationship between the state and the citizen

In the context of you being an employee of the government trying to impose mandatory vaccination (either through collective bargaining or the course of a contract), then that would be unconstitutional and you can invoke the charter.

Private Law

Governs the relationships between private citizens (i.e you and your employer)

In a private context, if you sign a contract agreeing to be vaccinated as part of your employment and you subsequently refuse, then the employer does have a basis to dismiss you.

If you are already employed under a contact in which there are no provisions for vaccinations, and subsequent to this contract the employer tries to impose vaccination, then you can lawfully decline. If you are fired for refusing vaccination in this context then that would constitute wrongful dismissal and you would have grounds to sue your employer.

The Supreme Court has held that even where the charter does not strictly apply, the values of the charter still apply. Further, the Supreme Court has held that common law that is enforced by courts is also subject to constitutional and charter scrutiny.

The same actions that would be considered a constitutional violation by public authorities would be considered an unenforceable part of a private contract. There is a doctrine of unconscionability in common law that if a proviso shocks the conscious then it is unenforceable since "it is taking undue advantage of an inequality in bargaining power." Courts in common law cannot enforce a provision of a contract demanding medical intervention without informed consent since it would violate the charter.

Therefore, mandatory vaccination in all employment contexts would be unconstitutional and/or illegal. If you are fired in a private context, then your only remedy is to sue for wrongful dismissal.

What if I reluctantly take the vaccine just to keep my job? What if the vaccine harms me?

You could sue your employer though you might not succeed since you agreed.

What you can do is to mitigate your damage by getting your employer to acknowledge that "you are agreeing to take the vaccine even though you do not wish to take it, and if there are any side effects or damages that the employer acknowledges that they will be strictly liable to compensate you for any physical or neurological damage from the vaccine."

BeetlejuiceForSenate 7 points ago +7 / -0

I don't care about race and vaccination. I think talking about them together is playing into the left's racist ideology. Cost-benefit analysis of the disease and mRNA intervention is enough to weigh out the usage of experimental medicine for anyone.

I support the PPC. But I will always vote for my preferred local candidate. This video is pure cringe, and I could not support that candidate...so much poor judgement to post that. Braveheart? WTF! And the audio is so loud and shitty it almost blew out my speakers

I think Chris raises an interesting point about them losing income but still growing. Ezra's rebuttal is they are 80% funded by viewers, but I'm not sure if that is verifiable.

The construction of the article is a hit piece. It's written as a summary and teaser for the video interview that suggests Chris might be a bigot, but you have to watch the video to see that he is not. Rebel should be asking tough questions to everyone, but the way the article is written smells like a MSM smear tactic.

They write in the article "Sky’s critics have also accused him of being anti-black, anti-gay, and anti-Muslim, based on other social media posts from years ago", but this isn't in the video. This is in addition to the other suggestive yet unanswered questions in the article (that Chris does rebut in the video).

8
BeetlejuiceForSenate 8 points ago +9 / -1

I think Chris does need to change his strategy, I think his emotions are getting in his way, even if he is in the right. In the written summary Rebel presents the questions they asked as facts instead of questions, which is what Chris sensed as a tactic to smear him so he walked out.

In the article Rebel writes, "Sky had allegedly said he was going to assassinate Premier Ford", "Are egos getting in the way", "old social media postings that have led to accusations that Sky is a Holocaust denier", and "Sky’s critics have also accused him of being anti-black, anti-gay, and anti-Muslim".

Chris, in his Chris way, did an ok job defending himself in the video. Rebel continues to try to paint him in a certain light in their article after he made fair refutations to their questions/allegations. It looks like Rebel has an agenda here.

And now I'm 100% sure that you guys changed your stripes because this started as an interview about anti-lockdown and it turned into let's assassinate the character of Chris Sky and try to make the Jewish community not like him.

Chris makes an interesting observation about Rebel's business model:

I know exactly what's going on now David, and now I know why I didn't get contacted by Rebel News for a couple months and now I also know why you guys got demonetized off of YouTube and you lost all your income, yet somehow you started hiring all these new people and somehow your station keeps growing and now when I go on your feeds on Twitter and stuff it reads more like a mainstream media platform instead of the Rebel News of old.
