No offense to the people impacted by this, but the damage is not "catastrophic". Some houses sustained significant damage, a few people were seriously hurt, but in comparison to what happens every year in the USA, this was a relatively minor event, fortunately.
The accusations again Vance are pretty flimsy. Not sure if the dating a fellow officer is really verboten considering she wasn't under his command. If I recall correctly she claimed that she had no choice because he had authority over her, but at the same time she's having two of his children, as well as I believe six more, and I assume not all of these were with her now ex-husband.
I read tweets by three of the people interviewed. They were tweeting misinformation and propaganda, using the pandemic to push far-left politics. Threats of violence and blatant racism, that's not acceptable, but they opened themselves to legitimate criticism, which they seem to consider to be "trolling" if not "hate" as well. Not surprisingly they don't bother to interview an notable Indo-Canadian doctor who was in fact expressing "unpopular" opinions, but since she was censored and banned by social media, and hounded incessantly by the left, the abuse she faced doesn't count, I guess.
You seem to have a significant comprehension problem.

The article discusses pre-pandemic "overflowing" morgues, if you want to subscribe and see for yourself what it has to say, please feel free to do so. It's not a new problem, esp. in the USA.

Mortality rate is the total deaths from all causes, not just covid. Despite having higher deaths attributed to covid than some other countries, in the end this had less of an influence on Sweden's mortality rate. Sweden's excess deaths was something like 7.7% which is somewhat less than what other countries, like Belgium, experienced.
If this still doesn't make sense, don't bother responding.
"More recently, the Syrian Refugees Support Group Calgary connected him to Abdullah Chybli, whose parents hail from Lebanon and Syria. Chybli has lent El Daher 1.2 hectares of farm land northeast of the city, so that El Daher can grow a firmer financial footing." https://calgaryherald.com/news/local-news/syrian-farmer-hopes-to-harvest-a-field-of-dreams-in-alberta
I don't subscribe to the NYT. All you need to know is the title. This issue with "overflowing" morgues was a problem before covid, not because of it.
Not "fatality rate from covid" -- the country's mortality rate. Deaths from all causes. While Sweden may have had more people "with covid" die, overall the country's mortality rate was about the same as previous years, and better than countries with harsher lockdown measures. It may seem insensitive, but the fact of the matter is many people who died of covid would have died soon anyway. Do you know how many people die in LTCs every year? Average residency is 1.5 years I believe.
At the one school it was estimated that about 30 students died there during its c. 90 years of existence, according to the survey there are 215 "graves". These radars are just not accurate enough to determine conclusively what's being detected so in order to figure out why there's a discrepancy, these "graves" have to be dug up to find out what's really there.
No, it was retaliation for unverified claims of unmarked graves. Have you ever seen what a image of a ground penetrating radar scan looks like? Unless they dig up these "graves" we'll never really know. And I'm sure if they do dig some of them, and the readings turn out to be false, we'll never know.
In Canada there was some limited use of additional refrigeration space, but this wasn't I believe due to excess mortality from covid, rather delaying how bodies are handled due to covid restrictions.
As for the USA, well it's interesting how the media hyped "overflowing" morgues and blamed it all on Trump, yet here's an interesting article published by the NYT just before the "pandemic" began:
"Piled Bodies, Overflowing Morgues: Inside America’s Autopsy Crisis" https://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/25/magazine/piled-bodies-overflowing-morgues-inside-americas-autopsy-crisis.html
Many countries haven't seen significantly higher mortality rates, some countries like Sweden which had fewer restrictions fared better than those that imposed harsher restrictions.
#canceldavidfisman is trending because people are upset that they know of students committing suicide, and his response is: "Thanks to #CancelDavidFisman i passed the 78,000 follower mark today. Thanks everyone. I’ll try to follow back as much as possible."
Only fully vaccinated people can attend? Just another reason not to care about the CFL anymore.
