A communications person is 100% getting fired over this lol.

TheGhostofSoros 6 points ago +6 / -0

...That would just be 2x = 5

There's already math available for that. This guys a fucking retard.

There's a lot of overlap in the 'crazy chick' category with nurses and strippers, so that really wouldn't be all that surprising. Add in that 50% + of doctors are narcissists and well, you get a really weird result.

I would never want to work in a hospital, it seems like a more grown up and toxic version of high school.

What type of sick fuck makes a pizza with no tomato sauce.

Fuck sakes man. Plus ham is solid, but spinach is meh, add another topping. Black olives or diced tomato would be absolutely solid with these two. Cilantro that you have would work with it as well.

u/Gunner667, pedes didn't win their own election, maybe be sneakier, and get a wide range of votes while still holding conservative values yourself. If China can be insidious while they cant pass a course here, then they send their retard kids, maybe we beat them at their own game.

If we want more paycheques, we need a booming economy, less worker competition (ie lower immigration), and to focus on Canada first. Bring back manufacturing, not everyone needs a post secondary education.

The person working at a maple leafs meat processing plant makes far more than the starbucks barista with a masters in ukranian feminist dance theory.

Not all jobs are glamorous. They aren't supposed to be. Their worth is in their ability to support you and your loved ones.

Absolutely disgusting. Harming the defenceless is the lowest of the low. That mother and boyfriend should be executed.

Vitamin D is a big one, especially in our colder/darker areas. Big vitamin D deficiency correlation to MS as well. Guess where the highest rate of MS is in the world? Manitoba.

The whole, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure saying. People just need to take better care of themselves. This coming from a guy who needs to drop 20 once covid is over and the gym opens back up.

Say it again in French, apparently it's more important that way, and you'll be at your two words.

Your experience is pretty similar to mine. I currently work for one of the 20 largest international corporations on the planet. If you don't drink the kool-aid, you don't move up the ladder.

The whole team knows that a project or organizational directive is horse shit? Can't bring it up, or you're labelled 'not a team player' and you're on the chopping block next round of layoffs. Even when what you're saying is actually looking out for the best interests of the company. Executives egos are the trickiest part of my job. I perform extremely well. I'm always at the top because I'm ultra competitive. Thank you hockey. I'm not used to massive egos and the head office circle jerk though.

My work gets me to do shit I don't agree with all the time. Now, those aren't things I disagree with morally, they're just work orders that I personally find a waste of time, and a hindrance to me building the business efficiently.

If someone were to ask me to do something that doesn't align with my morals, I wouldn't do it. That's not for sale. I'm aware I'm probably in the minority for that.

However, when it's just dumb shit at work, I'm far too highly paid to kick up a fuss. I make more than most lawyers, the same as a specialist doctor, and I'm just the Canadian version of a good ole boy from the prairies. I work remotely from home, get a huge expense limit, free vehicle, free gas, no car insurance, no phone bill, no internet bill. It's hard to bite the hand that feeds. I have it extremely good for my age and education level.

Lol, you're totally right though, the people in HR would be the ones running the camps. Absolute useless assholes who should be avoided at all costs. You're also right that they never want any employee to feel comfortable or like they have solid job security. Your employer doesn't care about you. Your boss might, but your work doesn't give a fuck about your boss either. Profits over people all day long. Ass kissers seem to always get picked over people willing to rock to the boat, even if their ideas are solid.

This is only somewhat related to the article.

Do you truly 'own' your property if you're not allowed to renovate and build on it as you see fit, or the government can take it from you.

Or when you have to pay taxes on it every single year, or the government takes it from you.

Just sounds like leasing.

"multiple violations"

Pretty much every restaurant in my city has had multiple health code violations. They're stringent.

8
TheGhostofSoros 8 points ago +8 / -0

Completely agree. Only thing a restaurant should have to do is allow health checks. Business licenses are nothing but a barrier to entry, as you said.

It's really the only thing that the Chinese understand. Playing nice with a bully never works, you need hit back.

"like my homeboy lelz...posting on 4chan"

Then goes and has the audacity to look down on others hahahahaha. Fuck sakes, must be nice to be permanently a basement dweller.

Let's double back to you guys thinking other people are utterly retarded and this is what you faggots get up to in your spare time.

He's an honest leftist, which just makes him a naive idealist when it comes to the reality of a power structure. You get to be that way when you're a life long academic who never works in the real world.

Going far left just changes who the elite are, not any of the issues you'll have and disparity between groups. Or is someone going to tell me with a straight face that the soviet leaders weren't living in luxury while their people had nothing.

TheGhostofSoros 9 points ago +9 / -0

That's exactly what it is, and exactly why they want mass immigration.

20 people doing well, and 80 doing poorly is inequality.

The equality they want is 100 people doing poorly.

It's an objectively worse scenario that they've convinced people is better.

2
TheGhostofSoros 2 points ago +2 / -0

Because Calgary isn't 1/4 east Indian, and Vancouver isn't 80% Chinese lol.

1
TheGhostofSoros 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, super racist against that Sven guy up there.

You really want your politicians to be born in 3rd world countries with backwards views on women, minorities in general, and gays?

Pretty sure you should be all about protecting gay rights, don't want those pesky family values religions that are popular in third worlds to throw you off a building, now do you?

John A. lived in a very different time than we currently do. Did settler of Canada while it was becoming a nation come here to get free housing, free healthcare, a robust welfare program, and then bring their parents over who never contributed to Canadian Pension Plan but collect it?

No they showed up and turned a country of wilderness into farmland, and if they didn't work they starved to death.

We can admit things have changed in the last 150 years, and it's no longer reasonable for an immigrant to be a Canadian politician. In the globalized society we currently live in, these people don't have the best interests of Canadians at heart, they're all beholden to the special interests of their hyphenated Canadians and the countries of their birth.

TheGhostofSoros 1 point ago +1 / -0

The west was. Come to Winnipeg and we're practically 1/4 filipino, 1/4 native, 1/4 east indian and black, and 1/4 people who actually pay more in tax dollars than they use.

2
TheGhostofSoros 2 points ago +2 / -0

Black people and welfare, name a more iconic duo.

I'm still gainfully employed, and while I am absolutely furious at my overall tax burden when you take into account every tax we have in this country, I'm not in a position to rock the boat too much. Too much to lose.

I have a bit more of a long term plan. Going to use my bonus from this year to start building duplexs with my best buddy. I invest money off of every paycheque into RRSPs, and another payment to my financial acct.

It's going to be slow, but I'm singularly focused on expanding my assets, and making more money.

Eventually I'll be donating to ultraconservative political candidates, and social programs. We need to do what the left has done over the last 30 years.

I just turned 30, but if things stay on track my net worth should be north of 15 million by 40, and north of 50 mil by 50. That's the goal at least.

Interest rates are going to be ultra low, if you've managed to hold onto money in this time, or make some, there will be a lot of opportunity.

I agree, don't participate in your enslavement. But we all know the rules of the game. Can I avoid taxes right now? No. Can I once I own multiple businesses? Yes.

Figure out a way to win, don't just flip the chess table because you're losing.

Look up the Mennonite belt in Manitoba. Morden, Carmen, Steinbach, Winkler, Altona, Niverville.

Some are close enough to commute to Winnipeg for work, some aren't.
