Oh, right. Sorry, I got confused with the open-and-close in April.

Yes, they were open but I didn't go to them. I tried going to an indoor restaurant but they told me I had to wear a mask to my table. I told them I can't, they said too bad.

Weren't restaurants open all summer and fall?

No. They were open for two weeks, cases went up, he got spooked and "pulled the emergency brake."

The stay-at-home order is lifted, but stage one of reopening is scheduled for June 14. So... you can go out, but you can't do anything. I guess you'd call that stage 0 of reopening.

Schools are online until the end of the year.

I haven't sat down at a restaurant for a year and a half.

A better question is, how do they know employees got the vaccine or not in the first place? Even asking an employee whether or not they got the vaccine is an illegal quetsion, as employers don't have the right to know your medical history.

People with long memories will recall that Fauci himself told the people masks don't work before telling people to wear them. Normies will take that as "it was still early, then they got more information." It won't change anyone's mind.

Yes and no. Turns out the motion was non-binding, but we won't know for sure until 2024, when the next election should be by law. If they can "keep the pandemic going" until then, they might try to pull a fast one.

To prevent those filthy unvaccinated people from being near them.

Oh hey, I remember that inquiry. A ton of people left that thing, and others were signed on... then rather than come up with anything concrete, they said these women were killed by "the system" and that it was a genocide.

I took that to mean they discovered the native women were killed by native MEN, but they couldn't say that.

Articles like this are trying to nudge the idea of a Great Reset. "Hey, we're all in debt. How about we just forget about all that, but in exchange...?"

Also makes one wonder what “other sources” could be, if it isn’t gifts, donations (with or without a receipt), or Government money.

Inheritances.

This goes against the advice from the Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. David Williams, local medical officers of health and the Ontario Science Advisory table.

Looks like my theory was right: Williams is out because he's not pushing for harder lockdowns.

Depends where you are. In my city, there's a bylaw about it.

You know your city's relatively safe when one of the most wanted is there for restaurant B&Es... I can't think of any other reason why he'd be on that page next to the first-degree murderers, after all.

I get that, but OP differentiated between a Canadian name and an American one, which threw me off. I don't see too many differences between Canadian and American names.

What do you consider a "Canadian sounding name?"

14
canadianhere 14 points ago +14 / -0

Let me guess. They interviewed doctors and found the one who wanted the hardest lockdowns, then said "you're hired?"

Gaslight them. "It's right here, dumbass. The better question is, where's YOURS?" Continue to assert that you're wearing a mask, and under no circumstances admit they're wearing one.

He said he will continue to serve his constituents as MP in the Liberal caucus.

So let's get this straight.

After being caught naked a SECOND time, he's given less work to do but gets full pay nonetheless? Sounds like he's being rewarded.
