Every cop in America is now having to decide whether to continue policing, now that it's been made clear that the'll be guilty of murder if a drug addict dies of an OD in their custody.
Let black neighborhoods police themselves as a matter of fact police should stay clear out of these areas and we will all see how quick they change their tones. If you ever grew up in those areas you want to get the fuck out and move into a rich "white" neighborhood, there is a reason for that.
Someone here said it best. One by one the good cops will leave, and you'll be left with a militant group of losers. Scary times ahead. Find places to immigrate to now.
Average police wage in the USA is US$60k. Some jobs start at US$40k. There was almost a active duty death per day in the USA last year. In Canada, RCMP base wage is CDN$95k after four years.
Half jury is black in a demographic area where they make up like 10% of population, too. But the simple fact is they should all be held accountable for deliberate abuse of their duty as jurors. They needed a majority to not have hung jury and all had to agree after like 6 hours deliberation that this was a blatant murder with intent to kill by Chauvin and there was no reasonable doubt whatsoever. A blind man could see there was endless evidence, from autopsy saying its enough drugs to kill an elephant to experts outright stating he had 98% oxygen saturation to different video angles showing not on his neck and on and on. Theres a crowd with one witness outright harassing Chauvin and threatening to attack him on camera and had to be pushed away and admits to it all and this makes the scene untenable and the police cannot attempt to administer any first aid when their lives are in danger like that (anyone could step up and attack them while they are giving cpr or mouth to mouth and unable to defend themselves in that situation and its not safe by all metrics for current law enforcement standards).
There were also 3 other fucking guys there and only one man is accountable? And he had intent? They are accessories to murder now since they are trained police and could clearly see him murdering him and allowed it to happen.
At end of day, the jurors are criminals in my eyes. Its not even a matter of disagreeing with the outcome. There are potential manslaughter type charges you could place in some perverted sense of justice, but criminal intent and guilty on all charges is gross maleficence on their part. To come to a super majority for that verdict on all counts is criminal. They need to be face their own peers if this is the justice they saw.
Since the Floyd incident there have been a few violent attacks against officers in Toronto where it is unbelievable that the suspect wasn’t shot.
I believe the vast majority of officers aren’t looking for an excuse to shoot someone, but in these incidents it would have been more than justified. I can only assume they are hesitating because of fear of being the next officer in the spot light for having killed a black man. Now this hesitation is only going to be re-enforced by this verdict and criminal thugs are going to be emboldened.
Chidubem Okeke, charged with attempted murder following a savage beating on a York police officer:
The POTUS weighed in on the case. He and Kamala commented on the quality and justice of the result. This should not happen when he has not exhausted his appeals and is effectively the end of judicial independence
No one will be brave enough to overturn these verdicts.
'Social justice' means you are judged by your race rather than your actions.
Clown world is in full force.
small town cops are the last bastion of hope, city cops are subjected to comply or be doomed.
you think?
seeing how china virus played out they'll just bend the knee

In some of the worst neighbourhoods, that's already the case. They don't go in there unless they're 30+ strong.

And they will still do their job, just like ours do.

Jury of his peers must be made up of complete mongoloids to come to this conclusion.
Or their personal details where released and if they didn’t give “the right judgment” they would be visited by an angry mob.

TLDR:
Floyd was a criminal scumbag
Chauvin was an idiot
Floyd may have OD'd
Chauvin shouldn't have put his knee on his neck and restricted his breathing
Chauvin may have contributed to his death and thus non-intentional murder is appropriate
Floyd was a POS armed robber but both are morons
I think there was a legit manslaughter charge, that depending on the evidence, could be made out, but probably not. The murder ones were unbelievable.
Jurys are 90% Libtard.
No surprises there.
What evidence was presented that made the jury come to this conclusion?
Had the same opinion. Surprised about the guilty verdict on the second degree murder.
A jury of "peers". Transgender faggots, blacks, and emotional women aren't my peers.

Honk... Honk... HONK
Good riddance!
Any one of these is grounds for it to be overturned on appeal. The judge strongly hinted yesterday that this was what the defense should do.
What are the chances that he will survive that long?
What if the show never ends?
It won't.
Either this verdict will stand, mob rule will be officially declared, and the mob keep pushing forever.
Or it'll be overturned and the mob will keep pushing forever.
Oh, it ended a long time ago. I know.
The standing ovation.

That would be first degree murder.
There is always time for a celebration riot.
The cops are really going to think twice about stepping in at all during the celebration riot. It’s going to get rowdy.
Thats what I would do.
Should? I think they will.
