My mom is pretty racist. Growing up as a kid on the west coast we'd watch the Vancouver news at dinner time. There was always some violent crime, shoot out, sword attack in a church/temple, mugging that turned sour on the news and my mom would ask the TV if their ethnicity rhymed with with sink or tacky....if you follow me.

It was one of the two damn near every time. Part and parcel with replacing a cities population with third worlders I suppose.

C'mon man, don't think, just jump in the meat grinder because we told you it was safe.

Yep, I know its anecdotal but I only know one person that actually had Covid. The guy is almost 70, has been a lifetime drinker, smoker and partier etc. He was in the hospital for a few days, quite ill for another week and by the end of the month he was back to smoking, drinking, golfing again.

The news keeps telling us that younger people are being affected more by the variants but give no statistics, no numbers whatsoever, nothing but a news headline and that should tell you all you need to know.

Couple more years and the liberals will be singing "kill the boer" here.

"We have no plans of implementing it but we are looking into it"

Yeah, because you plan to implement it.

Remember laughing at that video from South Africa where the black girl said witches that can ue magic to "throw a lightning" are real and that science needed to be "rediscovered" from a "black perspective"....while holding a cell phone in her hand? I remember that, good for a laugh until you think that that cancer is spreading here too. A growing number of similarities to SA.

Not saying it would be easy, but I think in the economic collapse scenario being described where people are willing to cut your throat for a mouthful of food I'd be giving it a shot. If you had a boat and some fishing gear you'd at least be eating decently.

"Oh what's that? Tam was in a film where they had a pandemic scenario and they were slapping tracking bracelets on people and also hauling off the unvaccinated to 'detention centers' and placing police checkpoints everywhere like the Soviet Union?....Nah that's all conspiracy bullshit"

Am I losing my sanity? Did we not have people say that vitamin D was essential to fight off Covid and that non-whites/people with darker skin were hit harder by Covid because they can't take in as much vitamin D from the sun? Was that not discredited months and months ago? I could have sworn people were calling that conspiracy nonsense but now there are scientific studies saying its true.

Nice. A buddy of mine bought a 25' sailboat years ago that was in great shape just needed a little TLC to really shine, he paid something like $2500 for it. There's some good deals out there. Good luck finding more than temporary moorage at a marina though.

I think my old boss had the right idea for that kind of scenario here on the coast. Said economic collapse won't kill you, people will kill you so buy a sailboat. If shit got bad you just pack up and sail off, plenty of food in the ocean. Lots of other boats around but fuel will dry up fast, wind power isnt going to vanish though. Lots of uninhabited islands or mainland areas a guy could homestead.

Couldn't you just have multiple bots then?

Everyone I ever met from Kelowna was incredibly vain and an air headed Jersey Shore type. Great strip clubs there though.

Can't judge a book by it's cover.

Its a messed up clown world. The same dumb assholes who laughed at my long hair and jeans with holes in the knees (I was poor) in grade 7-9 were sporting long hair and jeans with holes in the knees a few years later when that was considered "cool". Just apply that "do anything to fit in" mentality with political ideas and you have most of society.

It's always the same scam, just like the pandemic the ones selling the solutions are the ones creating the problems.

By this time next year we'll be sacrificing virgins to appease covid spirits.

I think that "unique window of opportunity" Herr Schwab mentioned is quickly closing now that everyone is starting to get a whiff of the bullshit blowing in.

Nobody is asking for your yellow fever or diphtheria vaccine proof to go to the store, all these infectious diseases and nobody has ever tried to roll this shit out until we got a glorified flu.

Oven burns you 100% of the time, not 2% (if your older than 65).

After traveling to Europe I am really puzzled by Canada, we are a nation built from European immigrants but our bread and cheese is shite compared to anything you get from say The Netherlands or Germany. What the fuck went wrong?

At least Alberta has great Ukrainian and Greek food.

I once had this neighbor who I chatted with over the fence. Guy told me he lived way up in the NWT and told me all kinds of crazy stories about the natives etc. Stealing his aftershave to drink it for its miniscule alcohol content, stuff like that and also some weird story about how he went camping with some natives and he woke up with all his stuff gone, the natives he camped with were gone too. Waaaaaay out in the middle of nowhere, everything gone, vanished, like they stranded him on purpose. Told me he had to follow footprints in the snow to find his way back and almost died. Then a few years later after I moved I found out the guy was a legitimate child diddler. So the natives can't be all that bad if they tried to off that guy.

A more accurate term was the original, "Horse and sparrow".

What are you nuts! We can't take in hard working people who already speak English and have similar values. We better bring in brown people that will have 30 children and be human sponges on the social welfare programs.
