Whoah. Maybe this is the beginning of damage control? Far too late, but I too am surprised this made it. Perhaps they're setting the stage for Justin to exit, and a fake conservative to get elected sooner than anticipated. Someone to keep the existing restrictions in place, and a brief respite, before another cycle of Libsanity. That's a BEST CASE scenario.
**Wow, I had to do a double-take right there, because I hadn't yet posted the text of their email to me! But what you quoted makes it look like what they sent me was almost a cut-n-paste ("personal preferences and singular beliefs" not tantamount to a "creed"). **
I haven't had any contact with anyone from their legal side of things. I heard from someone in HR, that was it. My concern when I contacted them, was what was going to happen to me after the deadline (now past) where I had to have my paperwork in. I got mine in (exemption) earlier, and well on time. I was getting nervous because after a couple follows ups no one was getting back to me.
The delay on their end was they were dealing with a lot of folks who actually needed to work full time in the building. Not my case. I work from home. I rarely need to make any in-person contact with anyone, and if I do we can do it on video chat. The only thing I needed from the building, is occasionally a piece of small hardware. This is a very rare thing for me.
Recently, when I raised this concern, my supervisor told me just get have someone at the office bring it down to me (curb-side) which is perfect for me. I honestly have no interest in entering the building, nor being stuck in a cubicle ever again. I love working from home. So based on this recent recommendation, I don't forsee any immediate danger for myself.
All I'm doing now is just educating myself by asking around (like I did with that lawyer) so I'm not coming in cold on this, SHOULD ever, the need arise next summer of 2022. That's the SOONEST we'd be called back into the building. Even then, they've made clear that the old cubicle 7 day a week thing for everyone isn't coming back. They are coming up with a mixed solution which includes working remotely (e.g. for the next plandemic). So the option to work remotely, in my opinion, should remain a permanent option for me. Curb side pickups for equipment shouldn't be a big deal, even on a regular basis. etc.
Hopefully by next summer a LOT more will have developed in the public and corporate knowledge of:
- the safety of mRNA technology
- the effectiveness/usefulness of the jab
- landmark court cases, etc
Perhaps by that time my company will have eased up on their restrictions. We'll have to see. Even if I'm allowed in the building again, I don't think I will unless I absolutely have to. Not until this China Flu has passed completely into the rear view.
I really feel sorry for those who have to be in the building and are public facing in my company or other places of employment. I'm so glad I went the Computer Science route.
Not certain how this ends, but I can say that working remotely has at the very least bought me more time.
Even in the worst case scenario, if I end up choosing the jab as the lesser of two evils (e.g. starving, losing my home, etc) - at least I'll be coming into the jab game much later. By that time treatments in response to adverse reactions will have been better understood, and available. A lot more people will have the poison flowing longer in their veins and hopefully suing the heck out of the government and offenders in courts.
In my family on both sides I haven't heard anything negative healthwise in the young, nor the elderly - so genetically based on that - should it continue to go well for them - I'd probably be fine. I'd rather not take that chance, if I can avoid it.
Procrastinating as long as I can, whilst trying not to appear a troublemaker. Not my intent. I just want to work and be left alone. That's all I ask.
One lawyers reply:
"An employer’s decision to require vaccinations may be considered legal if the government (provincial or federal) that oversees the workplace makes vaccination mandatory for that sector of employment. If you are a non-unionized employee, and there is no government legislation or mandate in place addressing your particular industry, your employer may not be able to fire you or place you on a leave of absence for refusing to get vaccinated without providing notice or pay in lieu of notice of the termination of your employment. That doesn’t necessarily stop them from letting you go. But you may be owed damages if that happens. The problem here is a practical one. The reality is that even if what your employer is doing is not legal, you may lose your job or be placed on an unpaid leave if you don't comply with it. You can't physically stop your employer from doing that. That said, you may be owed severance and potentially other damages if you lose your job or are suspended for failing to receive the vaccine. This assumes there is not a government mandate making the vaccine mandatory in your industry and that you do not belong to a union. PLEASE NOTE: I am a lawyer, but I have not been retained as your lawyer. The information provided in this email should not be interpreted as legal advice. You should always schedule a proper and full consultation before making any legal decisions."
My comments: Please note I'm in the PRIVATE sector and NOT in a union. I am, and continue to work remotely since it's high tech. There's no need for me to be in the office, and anything I need from the office can be carted down the front door. Fine by me. There's also no return to work until next summer at the soonest. Even whenever that happens the configuration at work is going to be more flexible with not everyone in the office - so remote learning and part time coming into the office is a permanent thing. So in my situation it seems like I might be able to stay where I am.
I reached out in email/forms to https://rumble.com/c/c-832723 (Don't Talk TV - Nicolas) as well as another Ontario firm with employment lawyers which I found has someone(s) in Ottawa at https://stlawyers.ca/ottawa-employment-lawyers/
Awaiting their response.
I'm concerned that the favoured religions (anything but Christian) will be the ones who have the least struggle here.
People will just blame this on the "unvaccinated" when it all comes crashing down healthwise. It will be spun to turn the masses on the few intelligent folk who held off. That's my prediction.
Plot Twist: Yuri never defected, and was just throwing his accomplishments in our face, while enjoying his retirement years as a a hero. Man wouldn't that be something.
Just ignore it. Hang up and say "not interested in what you're selling" before they get a word in edgewise. This way they can't tell if you knew who they were or not. This is my standard practice with any phone number I don't recognize.
I basically outlined that as Christians we're considered the "temple" of God's Spirit, and that we need to be careful with that with regards to a vaccine with new publicly available technology like mRNA whose long-term safety remains to be seen. Also how putting my health or even life at risk goes against my stewardship, including the means to provide for my family. That plus cells derived from aborted fetal cells. Finally mentioning that it is a "sin" to partake in something with "doubts" as mentioned clearly in Romans 14. I worked all these points together and had my local church pastor include his own letter on that. We'll have to see what happens.
If we truly live in a fair and just society including my own company it's a home run.
But given we're not, it's really in God's hands now.
At the end of the day if presented a choice to starve or put my health at risk - both are at odds with providing for my household. In which case I'd have to choose one - which probably means the jab. I really don't feel responsible for the aborted babies from decades ago who's cells have been used to grow other ones ever since. I never asked for that. That's on someone else's head. As for "doubts" with regards to Romans 14 mentioend above - I'd be making firm decision no to starve, and concluding this is the only way to continue working and providing. I don't think this is the "mark of the beast". I don't even see such a mark as literal since the "mark" mentioned in Rev 14 is symbolic, thus the one in Rev 13 is symbolic. I think the mark is where one's spiritual allegiance is. So until they require I join a watered down religious mix or to renounce Christ, I don't see any of this as spiritually fatal. Just a crappy earthly situation.
If a private company like mine is requiring it, that its a matter of time before they all do. I'm not willing to job hop in today's market. I'll stay put and trust in God to protect me from the vipers venom, like He did with Paul in Acts 27 on the Island of Malta.
What would you have them to do?
PPC's best hope is to have a significant representation in parliament and influence the fake Conservatives to do actual conservative things.
The best course is to have no CINO (Conservatives In Name Only) in the Right sphere of politics. These are even WORSE than Liberals. Vote them out. Don't let them represent you and water down actual conservatism. Ah well, too late for that.
"You can always find a different way to make money"
Easier said than done. I work in private. When it comes to my company, it will be everywhere at that point, no matter where I apply to next. A party like the PPC won't have any chance of winning for decades. I mean just look at the NDP, they've been around forever, and remained on the fringe. Culturally and demographically it's impossible for PPC to gain any real power. At most you have a means to split the "Conservative" vote to send a message about one's displeasure. That's not going to change the practical reality we're all in for in the years and decades to come. I have a mortgage, children and wife to think of. Long term we're looking at a choice essentially between getting slowly poisoned or starving in a dangerous slum in a tiny living unit. Neither choice is very appealing.
I said I wasn't voting, but if I do, I'm going to give this party my vote. I doubt they'd win, but it would be a step forward. I just don't think we have that much time left for it really to matter.
Great interview, but as he says no one who doesn't already see this won't see it until a boot is crushing their balls. Too late.
Exact quotes with document name, page #, paragraph # in context would be nice. This does indeed appear to be the trend, but a post like this isn't going to move anyone who doesn't already see this happening with their own eyes. It just comes across as a meme they'll ignore. In any event, I realize you didn't come up with this on your own, and got this from a friend of an aquaintence, etc.
"only two weeks"
So why isn't this the case for the flu? How many decades have people been vaccinated for? Has it made any real difference?
Yet most of you reading this will vote Conservative. Hint: Even if you do, you're not really voting for a conservative. It's pointless to vote.
I think God won't stop this mess until it's consumed enough of them. Tough love. Let them experience the consequences of what they wanted so badly. Unfortunately we have to suffer along side them. Yet He can provide as He has for others in biblical history in the most oppressive of times. Accept Jesus. I'm serious.
Marry someone from Central or South America who's also an actual Christian. Sadly there are many churchgoers in North America who are contaminated by feminism. You'll have a very hard time finding one. In fact, I'd advise against marriage at this stage in the game, and most certainly against kids. If you're single, you'll be better off for what's coming. At the very least you won't have to lose your mortage, wife and children to all the totalitarian digital id for ever aspect of life crap. This stuff is going to break apart families. People are going to die, etc. If you're single, at least you don't have that baggage. If I could do it over again, I would have stayed single, and mobile, ready to pick up and leave whenever the need arose. I'm stuck now. I'll do what I can to delay the inevitable, but it's not going to end well. It's only a matter of time.
Put your faith in Jesus Christ. None of us have any earthly hope. Enjoy the time you have remaining with your loved ones. Nothing can stop what's coming. That's your answer.
Exile to where? It's everywhere.
